Premium Covered Parking
I use their services a lot, and I gotta say, I'm really impressed. Booking online is so easy, and getting to their place is super convenient. The shuttle buses come really often, so you never have to wait too long to get picked up from either the parking lot or the airport. It's such a relief knowing that within five minutes of getting there, a friendly driver will show up to help with your stuff. They're always super polite and ready to lend a hand, which makes the whole thing super easy and stress-free. I think the Premium Covered Parking is totally worth it for a little extra cash because it protects your car from the weather. I've used this service like 3 or 4 times a year, and I'm always happy with how great they are.

The parking reservation process was super easy and quick. I like to book ahead of time to make sure I have a spot when I get there. The shuttle service is really good about being on time, for both getting picked up at the parking lot and dropped off at the terminal. The app is easy to use and looks nice, so I can easily find my reservation and QR code to get in. And getting a free bottle of cold water is a nice touch that I really like and enjoy on my way home.
Early Morning Parking
At 4:30am, we were all set for our early morning flight so we headed to the parking booth. The attendant there was on top of things and pointed us in the right direction to park. We followed her lead and easily found our spot. Another attendant came over to guide us and make sure we parked smoothly. Thanks to their quick service, we made it to our flight right on time. We'll definitely be using this parking facility again for our future trips.
Parking customer satisfied
I had a crazy situation happen recently when using a parking service at the airport. My family had a medical emergency, so we had to rush back to the airport right after the shuttle dropped us off. The staff, from the driver to the folks in the office, were amazing. They really went above and beyond, taking care of every little thing and showing so much respect for our situation. They totally blew me away, and now I'm a customer for life.

Efficient shuttle, professional drivers, numbered spaces
The shuttle service was really great. I barely had to wait at all and the whole place was super clean. The drivers were all so nice and made everything even better. I liked how organized the parking lot was with the rows labeled by letters and each space numbered - made it simple to find my car. You could tell they made some upgrades since they got the South lot and it definitely made the whole experience even better.
Parking at the airport
I was thrilled when we finally made it back to the airport super late and the shuttle was already there, ready and waiting for us! We didn't have to hang around at all to hop on and head back to our car. The drivers were super friendly and made the ride enjoyable. I also appreciated the QR code for tipping since I never seem to have cash on me. All in all, it was a really great experience.
