I got these stupid air filters and they turned out to be terrible! When I opened the first one, I noticed the pleats were falling off the frame. The same thing happened with another one too! I reached out to the company and they just said they couldn't do anything to help, and that was it! I mean, really? Such a scam.
Hard to find air filters
It was really easy to find the air filter size I needed on this website. The pricing chart for the different grades of filters was awesome and really helpful, it made ordering my air filter super simple. Their prices were pretty reasonable, and they even had discounts for larger orders and free shipping. All in all, my experience shopping for air filters on this site was great.
Central air system filters

Air filters
I bought some air filters from this company, but the order never showed up. After waiting for two weeks, I reached out to customer service to ask about my order, and they said it would be another 5 business days before they could get back to me. I wasn't happy with the delay, so I decided to shop somewhere else.
Flimsy air filters
I bought some air filters that had a really cheap outside 'frame' made of flimsy paper, almost like cardboard. When I put them in, they got sucked partially up into the duct right away, which made them totally useless. I had to get creative and add some metal brackets to make them more sturdy, so they wouldn't be a total waste of money. But I won't be buying these air filters again, that's for sure.
MERV Rating Inquiry
So, I was looking through all these different filters on the website, right? And I found one that really stood out to me because of its MERV rating. But when it finally showed up, there was no MERV rating printed on it anywhere. All I saw was a stamp on the side that said MERV "XX". This got me wondering if the MERV rating was for real, since it wasn't as clear as I thought it would be.

2 sizes of filters
I ordered two different sizes of filters from this company on January 3rd, 2020, but when my package arrived on January 12th, 2020, it only had one size included. I contacted the company and FedEx right away about the missing filters. Instead of owning up to their mistake and admitting they only sent half of my order, they tried to blame it on the boxes getting separated during shipping. They even gave me a new tracking number which just made things more confusing. It's really disappointing to see a lack of honesty and accountability in customer service. I won't be ordering from them again.
Replacement filters ordered

I ordered the right ones this time and got them super fast, just a couple of days later. These filters are top-notch quality and the prices are fair. Even though I goofed initially, I'm really satisfied with the filters I have now and would definitely think about buying from this company again down the road.
