Half-filter surprise
they were pieced together, two smaller filters taped/held by a big cardboard wrap around the middle (which blocks airflow to some degree). The website photos imply a single, solid filter; you don't see the splice until you open the box. That was annoying and feels misleading. On the plus side they came on time and none were crushed, and odd as it sounds they still caught dust better than I feared — so they do work. Still, the assembly and lack of clear photos left a bad taste. I probably won't order from this seller again.
