2 sizes of filters
I ordered two different sizes of filters from this company on January 3rd, 2020, but when my package arrived on January 12th, 2020, it only had one size included. I contacted the company and FedEx right away about the missing filters. Instead of owning up to their mistake and admitting they only sent half of my order, they tried to blame it on the boxes getting separated during shipping. They even gave me a new tracking number which just made things more confusing. It's really disappointing to see a lack of honesty and accountability in customer service. I won't be ordering from them again.
Custom size filters
I've bought custom size filters for my A/C unit twice 'cause I just couldn't find the right size in stores. These filters are top-notch, fit perfectly, and last for about 2-3 months.
