Efficient service with quick approval
My experience with the service was really good and easy. The website was simple to use, and the instructions were easy to follow. I liked that they showed examples of what pictures were acceptable, it helped me get everything perfect on my first try. When I sent in my documents, I was happy to get approval and results faster than expected. Even though I didn't choose the rush service, I got my documents back in less than a day.

Very easy to navigate the website. I am very easy to understand what to do. We were a bit too early applying and visa took care of the rest for us. I will always use the system.

The visa application process went pretty smoothly, but I did hit a snag with the first result. Still, I gotta give props to the support team for sorting things out super fast. Even though the process was pretty easy, there were a few moments that left me scratching my head. The automated service could definitely use some tweaks for a smoother experience.
Fast and easy visa processing
I needed a visa fast for a trip I had coming up, and this website made it so easy. I was kinda unsure about it at first, but I decided to go for it and fill out all the info. I was pleasantly surprised when my visa got approved in less than 2 hours! I even checked with my friend who had used this site before and everything was legit. It saved me the hassle of dealing with embassies and consulates, which can be a real headache. Overall, I was really happy with the whole process!

Quick ETAs saved our trip!
My family and I were all set to go on a trip to Australia, you know? But when we got to the airport, they said we couldn't board the plane without the proper paperwork. Such a hassle! Luckily, we stumbled upon this website where we could quickly get our ETAs, like within 20 minutes. It was a total lifesaver, I swear. Thanks to them, we made it onto our flight and had an incredible vacation. They really came through in a pinch!

WARNING: this company is HEAVILY EXPLOITATIVE. They are UNDERSTAFFED, and will not be able to keep the PROMISES they are making through these manipulative online videos. They are getting their positive reviews obviously from disproportional services to richer customers or something. Also, 4.4...now I know...is a GOOD warning not to trust a company. I lost $600, went through severe anxiety during my FINALs week (I am a PhD student in the US), and I missed my Spain trip because of them. I was waiting for the trip for months, and applied very early on. It was going to be my FIRST time going to Europe and I was excited, but like they said, they "take care" of it so you dont have to worry. Well, they made my life SO MUCH WORSE. I sent dozens of emails and whatsapp messages asking them to verify that everything was fine. I paid extra $50 for "concierge" service, which was basically nothing. They literally failed at the ONE job they had...I kept on asking them to call me, or answer the questions I had...double check the information...and yet, they made the wrong application, to the wrong embassy. They also seenzoned me on whatsapp. All along, it was the THEIR fault. I ended up spending an extra ...$600 because I was misled. When I asked for refund of those costs, it was not approved. They said they will offer me 1 year of free iVisa service. Go talk to Juan and his team. They took NO ACCOUNTABILITY for wasting so much of my time, money and energy. I have dozens of screenshots showing ALL the gaps in their current system and I will be posting those here soon. I cannot let someone else experience the same thing I did!

Travel Certificate, as in the Personal Locator Form, can be gotten for free at app.euplf.eu. This site also states that any intermediary site or one that charges and asks for your credit card information are deemed fraudulent. And, as of 7 days ago, a Health Declaration is no longer needed to enter France, but their site is still ready to charge you for one.

Dubai Visa`
I purchased Dubai visa from them but got misled and had to wait for 1 month. Then I visited emiratesvisa.org and got my visa in 2-3 working days. You could also visit the website from the below link
emiratesvisa.ogAbsolutely unacceptable - I received an email minutes before where I was told my application is incomplete and I corrected my passport expiry date which was initially wrong and also emailed them to mentioned I live in US but that their system did not accept visa country and residence to be in same country so they went ahead automatically and submitted my application with wrong date and address!!!!!!!!!!!
I also tested my pictures on the official DV webpage which said it was unacceptable so I dont know why the iVisa site accepted them if they dont meet the criteria! I expected that these are the checks that they should be doing. Now I can NOT apply again on my own as multiple applications are automatically rejected and I have an application out there with wrong passport expiry date, address and unacceptable pictures!!!
