My family and I were all set to go on a trip to Australia, you know? But when we got to the airport, they said we couldn't board the plane without the proper paperwork. Such a hassle! Luckily, we stumbled upon this website where we could quickly get our ETAs, like within 20 minutes. It was a total lifesaver, I swear. Thanks to them, we made it onto our flight and had an incredible vacation. They really came through in a pinch!

WARNING: this company is HEAVILY EXPLOITATIVE. They are UNDERSTAFFED, and will not be able to keep the PROMISES they are making through these manipulative online videos. They are getting their positive reviews obviously from disproportional services to richer customers or something. Also, 4.4...now I know...is a GOOD warning not to trust a company. I lost $600, went through severe anxiety during my FINALs week (I am a PhD student in the US), and I missed my Spain trip because of them. I was waiting for the trip for months, and applied very early on. It was going to be my FIRST time going to Europe and I was excited, but like they said, they "take care" of it so you dont have to worry. Well, they made my life SO MUCH WORSE. I sent dozens of emails and whatsapp messages asking them to verify that everything was fine. I paid extra $50 for "concierge" service, which was basically nothing. They literally failed at the ONE job they had...I kept on asking them to call me, or answer the questions I had...double check the information...and yet, they made the wrong application, to the wrong embassy. They also seenzoned me on whatsapp. All along, it was the THEIR fault. I ended up spending an extra ...$600 because I was misled. When I asked for refund of those costs, it was not approved. They said they will offer me 1 year of free iVisa service. Go talk to Juan and his team. They took NO ACCOUNTABILITY for wasting so much of my time, money and energy. I have dozens of screenshots showing ALL the gaps in their current system and I will be posting those here soon. I cannot let someone else experience the same thing I did!

Travel Certificate, as in the Personal Locator Form, can be gotten for free at app.euplf.eu. This site also states that any intermediary site or one that charges and asks for your credit card information are deemed fraudulent. And, as of 7 days ago, a Health Declaration is no longer needed to enter France, but their site is still ready to charge you for one.

Purchased a visa to india and haven’t been notified about the cancellation due to covid and have not received a refund ….no phone number to speak to anyone and only runs on intercom
