it's a good tool for basic mac maitanance, does pretty much everything we need like storage cleanup or scanning for dangerous programs. At times we use it to disable other apps we don't need which seems to make my mac faster

there was a dll error constantly showing up when I was using my computer so I turned to outbyte helpdesk to seek advice on that. It took 2 separate sessions for them to fix the problem and the error went away, good job I say!

It was supposedly fixing "all" of my glitches but my computer was still not allowing me to download an app that I wanted. I called and I got all he assistance I need within LESS than half an our. I was not given a headache having to click a million buttons myself, they fixed it all for me.

Ordered Outbyte to fix a problem where I was receiving annoying notifications every 15 minutes about vccorlib140.dll incompatibility. The ordering and installation process was not good but I eventually was able to download and run the program. That caused significant problems on my PC. I contacted service and the contact was friendly and helpful. He had to spend a great deal of time undoing the damage that the program caused but it appears that everything has been fixed.

When the software scanned my computer, it seemed to have removed a password I saved in Facebook. My computer was running sluggish, I googled the problem to find a solution, it lead me to your company, I paid for the service and I'm extremely happy. I would recommend you guys to anyone that has a problem with the desktop, laptop, etc. Also, Simon went above and beyond to assist me. He was patient, took his time and was professional. He really put me at ease. Simon's a keeper!
