Hey, so I signed up for this texting service and it turns out it's a monthly payment thing, which really sucked. But when I asked to cancel, they did it without any hassle. Hopefully they'll switch to a pay-per-text option soon, that's what I'm after. I don't wanna be charged every month if I'm not even using it.

The payment process is super easy, the prices are really good, the website is super user-friendly, and they have loads of helpful info in their documentation. And on top of that, they have APIs! Pay as you go service
I used to be a big fan of this pay as you go service, but now I'm really upset because they took money out of my account without me even using the service. I ended up deleting my account and I wouldn't suggest it to anyone.

The bulk SMS service from this company has been really good. There were a couple times when I had trouble uploading a file under 10MB, but the customer support team was always able to help me out quickly. I really like being able to text customer support directly when I need help.
