Halfway through my morning coffee I found my Hiboy E6 dead — perfect timing since I use it daily because my bad back hates walking long distances. I called support a bit frazzled; they were calm, patient, and actually helpful. They shipped a new battery, and when that first parcel somehow vanished, they sent a second one without drama. Delivery was quicker than I expected and someone even called to confirm. Scooter's back to life, I'm oddly relieved — customer service saved my commute.

Scratched start, smoother finish
the charger was missing. I took pictures, sent them off, and honestly expected little. Nancy from customer support answered. Short, practical, no fluff. She arranged a replacement after I shipped the damaged unit back. I kept my original box for the return shipment because there was no way the flimsy delivery box would have survived. The replacement is fine now. Not perfect, but usable and properly packed. I’m still a little skeptical about their packing standards. Service redeemed the experience though. If you buy this, check the charger right away and take photos before you toss anything.
Porch unboxing regret
the handlebar kept wobbling, a part they sent never arrived, then the replacement didn’t fix anything. The front fork snapped in less than three months and we barely rode it. Customer support felt like throwing emails into a void — they’re overseas and everything is slow and impersonal, and when I asked if a refurbished unit would work they said no, even though I bought it straight from them. On the plus side it did feel zippy at first and the lights looked nicer than I expected — small surprise. But overall, my doubts didn’t go away, they were confirmed. If you’re thinking about this brand, double-check local service options or pick another make. I wish they had a real, local repair option or actually offered a swap like they should’ve. Lesson learned, unfortunately.
KS4Pro scooter purchase
I got my son the KS4Pro scooter back in December of '23 and he absolutely loved it. But then in May of '24, we ran into a problem with the battery not charging. Thankfully, the HiBoy support team was really fast in getting back to us and they sent us a new battery right away. They even paid us back for the new screws we had to get. Putting in the new battery took a bit of work, but it wasn't too hard. All in all, I'm really thankful for the awesome customer service from HiBoy.
Used, refurbished electric scooter
I am really happy with the used electric scooter I got from here. It's awesome - everything works great, the battery lasts a long time, the lights are super bright, and it's really comfy to ride. The only issue was that the folding hook was busted, so I couldn't fold it up. But when I reached out to customer support, they were super quick to respond. They sent me a new hook and even included a video to show me how to replace it. Now my scooter is good as new. Overall, I love the scooter and the customer service was top-notch.
Two electric bikes

Hiboy scooter for fishing
I recently got this awesome scooter for fishing since all the good fishing spots in my neighborhood are too far to walk to. I put a basket on it for my bait and added some holders so I can carry my rods. It was really easy to put together, only took me an hour, and after charging it for 3 hours, I was good to go!
E-scooter purchase with great features
I just bought this awesome e-scooter with some really cool features that I'm totally loving. It's foldable and has a regenerative brake, which usually only comes on pricier models. Overall, this scooter has gone above and beyond what I was expecting and has given me a really smooth ride.
