My old site setup was a mess, and I honestly needed help before I threw my laptop out the window. Alex T and Andrei walked me through things without making me feel clueless. They fixed a couple glitches, answered my many questions, and now the website actually feels manageable.
More useful than I expected
I’d stick with Heart Internet overall. I use them to keep a few small business sites and domains running, and having it all in one place saves me some hassle. Support can feel a little slow at busy times, but Si got back to me quickly today and was genuinely helpful. That part was a nice surprise.
