Easy booking experience, high quality stay
The booking process went really smoothly, even for me as a first-time user. They gave me so much detail about my stay, it was really awesome. I got a confirmation super fast and had no problems at all. The hotel and spa were even better than I expected, top-notch quality with yummy food and cool extra stuff like spa access and a surprise discount on treatments. I loved that they made breakfast to order instead of having a buffet, plus the portions were huge. I'm definitely going to tell my friends and family about this experience and I'll definitely come back in the future.
Sri Lanka holiday experience
I had a great time with Secret Escapes on my recent trip to Sri Lanka, despite a few bumps in the road. At first, there were some unexpected changes to our hotel reservation, which was a bummer. But thanks to Rachel in customer service, we were able to stick with our original booking. The hotel wasn't flawless, but the amazing views, lovely beach, helpful staff, and perfect location made up for any issues. The excursions organized by Secret Escapes were a nice bonus and really enhanced the whole trip.
UK hotel booking
Hey, guess what! I found this awesome deal for a one-night stay at a hotel in the UK on Secret Escapes. They had such a great selection of rooms and dining choices, it was super simple for me to pick out the perfect little escape. And get this - the price was way cheaper than if I had booked directly through the hotel's site. The whole booking process was quick and easy, and I got confirmation right away. I mean, who wouldn't love that kind of convenience and saving some cash at the same time?
Lovely stay, excellent deal
My experience with this booking platform was amazing! I had such a nice stay at the hotel and got a really good deal through their service. The extra things included in the price were such a nice bonus, especially since it was the same price as booking directly with the hotel for just the room. It really felt like a special treat and made my stay so much better. I will definitely use this booking platform again for my next little getaway, they really went above and beyond what I expected.
Hotel stay in Ironbridge
The hotel was great and really close to Ironbridge. The room was cozy with a pretty view of the garden and river. The staff was super nice and helpful. The only downside was that the hot water in the shower took forever. But the food at Chez Maw was top-notch. All in all, it was a fantastic stay.
Quick and cheap booking
I decided to book a one-night stopover to break up our long road trip. It was a breeze to make the reservation, I got confirmation right away on the website and then the hotel followed up quickly. The best thing is that I paid almost half of what I would have through the hotel directly. The hotel looks incredible too, I'm really looking forward to staying there!

True COVID all flights were cancelled, we informed secretescapes one month before that we can not fly out . Since 2-1/2 months we have called them 9 times, sent 15 emails and still no answer whether we can rebook or get a refund. We are $6,500 into this and our hard saved money is up in the air, we are still fightinh for it but would never recommend this company
