I didn’t expect to feel mildly smug about a ride, but Paolo made it easy. He walked us to the door, hefted the suitcases (my arms were grateful), opened doors, and even lined up our next two pickups so we didn’t stand around guessing. The car was cozy, smelled faintly of coffee, and he was usually early—once too early while I was still packing. Would tell friends, just plan your timing.
Skeptical at first
I almost skipped booking a ride because of mixed reviews and a bad transfer on my last trip. We landed late with three big suitcases and needed someone reliable. Paolo met us, carried our bags, walked us to the train gates and showed which boards to read. Still a bit surprised — skeptical turned satisfied.
Still waiting a year
steer clear — they cost us €2,610 and never sorted the bookings. We hired them for the Paris Olympics last year; at first they seemed organized, quick replies and all, so I was hopeful. A year on, same story: multiple unpaid reservations, zero replies, and they're still operating across countries. Colleagues fell into the same trap. It's frustrating, and honestly I keep checking for a response that never comes.
Set up early, still a wait
I booked an airport transfer from Barcelona months in advance after reading a thread on a travel forum and told a colleague I'd try them out. The ride itself was fine — clean car, driver polite — but timing was a mess. Pickup was about 30 minutes late and the return closer to 40. They kept saying the driver was "five minutes away" when clearly nobody had even been contacted for half an hour. Annoying, honestly; I'd only use them again if timing didn't matter.
Solid, predictable ride

The driver was professional, kept it polite and didn't try to make small talk, which I appreciated. Only quibble is the price; it's higher than local alternatives. Also wish the Mozio confirmation spelled out cancellation terms better. Still, for a stress-free airport transfer it's reliable. I'd use them again when I want predictability and ease.
