Found myself relieved when the payment hit my account. After almost a year of chasing unpaid bookings and getting radio silence, Mario finally replied and things moved. Communication was messy and I still don't trust them, but that moment of money arriving made me feel it was resolved.
Almost didn't go for it
I hesitated to accept the offer — worried they'd be scammers and not pay — but they did pay, support was quick. Glad I took the chance; check the terms first.
Payouts went missing
I signed up to drive for them, and after a few shifts the payouts stopped arriving. Customer support ghosted me most of the time — slow replies, no resolution. Seems they keep hunting drivers under new names (Elife showed up). Be careful, I'd warn others to double-check before accepting delivery gigs.
Still waiting a year
steer clear — they cost us €2,610 and never sorted the bookings. We hired them for the Paris Olympics last year; at first they seemed organized, quick replies and all, so I was hopeful. A year on, same story: multiple unpaid reservations, zero replies, and they're still operating across countries. Colleagues fell into the same trap. It's frustrating, and honestly I keep checking for a response that never comes.
