Useless purchase
I can't believe I wasted my money on this service. I bought a report and was expecting some valuable information, but all I got was an empty report. And to make matters worse, the customer service was nowhere to be found. I tried reaching out for help, but nobody ever followed up with me. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this company.
Empty report for Lexus
I got a service for my Lexus and man, I was so let down when I got a report that was totally blank. I tried reaching out to customer support several times about it, but they just straight up ignored me. It really feels like I got ripped off by this service.
