Worth it — I’ve been back twice because overall it turned out better than I expected. I shopped there in June and again at the end of November; first grab was a Balenciaga hoodie and Givenchy sneakers, the latest was a pair of Valentino boots. Right when I opened the package I liked the vibe — prices felt fair and there were coupon codes that actually helped. I did run into a small issue with product details on the boots and emailed customer care. They were really accommodating, sending several emails back and forth and offering extra help and even a partial refund. Viviana handled my case and she was patient and kind, which made a big difference. Shipping was quick and the packaging was neat, not perfect but good. So yeah, glad I gave them another shot, I’ll probably buy again when something catches my eye.
Halfway in the boots
Halfway through trying on the Valentino boots I ordered, I remembered why I was nervous about buying from a Europe-based shop—sizing, returns, the usual. A friend had shown me Antonioli on Instagram months earlier and I finally bit, after hunting for a similar boot for ages. The leather felt stiff at first, like it needed an inch of breaking in, but after walking around the apartment it softened and actually hugged my ankle in a way that made me smile. Same happened with a Balenciaga hoodie I grabbed back in June — the cotton sat heavier than I expected, in a good way, cozy not baggy. I did have to email about a product detail and Viviana from customer support was patient, sending a few messages and sorting a small refund. I was skeptical, then pleasantly surprised. Will shop again, probably sooner than I planned.

if you're between sizes, maybe order both and send back what doesn't fit. Glad I tried them.
Pleasantly surprised by how smooth it all was

They sent a return label, and even though I paid about $35 for international express return, that beat the nightmare $200 DHL option I feared. Refund hit my account quickly. Customer service was helpful and straightforward when I messaged them. All in all, glad I went with Antonioli — good price, fast delivery, smooth service. Happy I shared.
Not what I expected, sadly
fake. Opened a PayPal claim and got shut down with some line about "materially similar to description," which felt like being lectured mid-scam. I use hats a lot — walking the dog, crappy hair days, errands — so the way something sits and feels matters. This one just didn’t. Irritating more than enraging; I mean, lesson learned, but I’ll be more careful next time and probably spend a bit more so my head doesn’t feel like a thrift-store prop.
That kitchen moment when I knew it was sorted
when they actually agreed to make it right. Not perfect, and I wish they’d handled it faster, but the return was easy in the end and the refund hit my account without fuss. Oh my gosh, the customer service at this store is seriously amazing! I had a lot of questions about the things I wanted to buy, and the lady I spoke with was incredible. I'm really happy with the stuff I got from this store recently. They have a lot of fancy things for sale at good prices. If you watch for sales, you can get some really good deals. Make sure to check back often for more sizes since they usually have a bunch of stuff in stock. They offer a bunch of different designers and brands, which is cool because there's something for everyone. My order arrived super quick, I got it the next day. Korn x Adidas t-shirt
I found this really awesome Korn x Adidas t-shirt on Antonioli's website and just had to get my hands on it. I ordered it last Friday and it arrived at my door here in the UK on Tuesday morning. The communication from the seller was really good the whole time. I will admit, the delivery fee was a little expensive, but it was definitely worth it for how quickly it got here.
Bathing Suit
I just bought a bathing suit from this company on a third-party site. But it didn't fit right, so I sent it back right away without even trying it on. I made sure to use the original packaging and take care of it. But they said the labels were missing, torn, and there were spots on the suit. Now they won't give me a refund, and I'm really frustrated. I've never had such bad customer service and disrespect for customers. I might have to take legal action to sort this out.
New clothes
I've ordered new clothes a few times and had to return a couple. Luckily, I've never had any issues. The delivery was crazy fast all the way to the UK, and when I sent something back, I got my refund super quick. The prices are always on point, and everything I get looks fresh out of the box.
Comme des Garçons trousers
I just had a terrible experience with customer service. I bought a pair of pants that were labeled as 'wrinkled' on their website, and I thought that meant they were supposed to look worn. But when I got them and wanted to return them due to sizing issues, they accused me of using and washing them first. The woman I talked to on the phone was really rude, didn't let me explain myself, and kept saying she knew the products better than anyone else. The photos they sent me to make their case were exactly the same as the website pictures, but they still wouldn't give me a refund. It was completely unprofessional and disrespectful.
Burberry Men's Birch Brown Vintage Check High-Top Sneakers
I just got myself a pair of Burberry Men's Birch Brown Vintage Check High-Top Sneakers from Antonioli and let me tell you, it was awesome! I had a bad time with another fancy store before, but Antonioli really delivered with great service and fast shipping. The sneakers came in perfect shape and were exactly what I wanted. This is my fourth time ordering from Antonioli and every time has been great. I totally suggest them if you want top-notch service and top-quality products.
Return process issues
I had a really bad experience with their customer service. I tried to return something, but they totally ignored my emails and made me do all sorts of stuff just to hear back from them. On top of that, the item I got was damaged, and they actually tried to say it was my fault. I'm definitely going to report them for their sketchy way of doing business.
New shoes!
I just got these awesome new shoes that I couldn't find anywhere else. Antonioli had them and they were the same price as the store, not overpriced like other places. They arrived really quickly and I got updates throughout the whole process. Huge thanks to Deborah for helping me out when I had a question. I'll definitely be returning!

The customer service I got from Viviana was amazing. She really went out of her way to help me and make sure I was happy with what I bought.
