Fresh meal kit
The food has been really good - I've been impressed by how fresh everything is and all the different recipes they offer. The best part is that everything I need comes in the kit, except for basics like butter, oil, salt, and pepper. The directions are usually easy to follow, but sometimes there are too many things to do all at once which can be overwhelming. Overall, I've been enjoying the meals and the convenience of having it all delivered to my door.
Food delivery service
The food delivery service has great quality and taste. It's so nice not to have to go to the store for groceries. But, I'm kind of disappointed with how inconsistent the service has been. A few times now, my order arrived with things missing or the wrong ingredients. It's been a headache, especially when I'm trying to plan meals for the week. If they can fix this issue, I'd be happy to give them a better review.
Meal kit purchase
The customer service from this company is amazing. They were so quick to help and really paid attention to any problems I had. They always did more than expected to fix things, even when it wasn't their fault. They definitely deserve a perfect 5-star rating just for that.
Now, as for the meal kits, they were delicious! I even picked up a few new cooking tricks. But, I gotta say, the prices were a little steep. That might be a turn-off for some folks.Subscription box with decent recipes and fresh ingredients
The deliveries were pretty good overall, but there were a couple of times where things weren't so great. One time I didn't get any protein, and another time the recipe cards were nowhere to be found. Plus, I had a delivery show up late on a Sunday, which was not cool because I was trying to cook dinner. Oh, and let's not forget about the herbs and green onions that were funky and rotten. Kinda bummed about that.

My family has been using this meal delivery service for a few months now and we've been really happy with it. We've tried other services before but we've had less problems with this one. The meals are tasty and easy to make, which helps us save time when cooking.

The food they give me is always so good! I love that I don't have to stress about what to make for dinner a few nights a week, plus having leftovers for lunch the next day is a major win. Even though there were a few small hiccups, the customer service team handled them really well, and that meant a lot to me. All in all, I'm happy with the yummy food and how easy it is to use this service.
Meal kit subscription experience
My time with the meal kit subscription service has been a bit of a rollercoaster. Some dishes were yummy and fun to cook, but lately I've been bummed about the ingredients not being up to snuff. Veggies are going bad too fast, which stinks since I'm paying good money for these fancy meals. And the meat cuts they send sometimes just don't meet my standards. So, after mulling it over, I've decided to cancel my subscription because the cost doesn't match the quality I'm getting.
Technical difficulties during purchase.
I had some issues placing my order earlier, so I wasn't able to finish buying it. Since I couldn't get my hands on the box and taste the food, I'm feeling hopeful about how good it will be based on all the great reviews and yummy menu choices.
Quality food, cooking together, new food menus
My partner and I have been loving these meal kits! Cooking together has been great bonding time, and we've discovered some awesome new recipes that we never would've tried otherwise. The food quality is top-notch, and we get excited for each meal we make. It's really made our time in the kitchen extra special and enjoyable.
