    Stuck $33.91 and an odd billing move

    I actually liked that USPS picks up ground packages from my house — saves me a trip — but that didn't help when Bonanza froze $33.91 in a shipping reserve and refused to give it back. They encouraged me to keep a balance on their shipping platform for discounts, said I could withdraw whenever, then the withdraw link throws an error. I had a tiny seller fee of $7.95 come up and instead of waiting for the normal billing date they charged me right away, which made the whole reserved-funds thing worse. I opened support, talked to their rep (they used a cheerful title), and got a flat refusal to refund the reserve. It's not huge money, I'm not dramatic about that, but it's the principle and the awkward way they managed it. If you plan to prepay for shipping discounts here, be aware you might need to fight to get that money back. On the plus side, USPS pickup continues to work for me so shipping itself is easy — that part is actually handy — but their internal billing and refund promises feel unreliable. I'll probably move listings elsewhere unless they sort this out.

    I bought a bed from this store not too long ago, and let me tell you, it was amazing. But we ran into a little problem with it not fitting right at first. I told the owner, and they quickly set up for someone to come fix it within 4 days, even though it was a holiday weekend. The bed is top-notch quality, and the delivery service was quick and the delivery guys were really nice.     First-time order with an online marketplace
