NANO battery, LIL BITTY battery, ceramic cartridges
Very please with the quality of product this company produces. You can tell just how deliberate they were about every choice that went into the production and sale of their hardware. There are so many companies producing this kind of hardware that DO NOT care about the quality or safety of their products - I purchased from several of them before I found O2 - and there is a world of difference here. Yes, sometimes shipping hiccups happen. Yes, sometimes emails bounce. Yes, we live in a complicated world where you can order high-tech atomizer technology while sitting on your toilet seat. What's most important to me is 1. Good quality products, and 2. Good customer service that you can easily reach and work with to get issues corrected when they arise. O2 vape does both very well. Get the ... out of here with your "this company is fraudulent" reviews. No they're not, you're just a ....
Tasty and reusable vape cartridges, stylish and reliable variable voltage batteries
This company is legit when it comes to quality vape hardware. I've tried stuff from other companies but O2's products really stand out. Their cartridges taste great, no weird metal or dry hits, just pure flavor. Plus, the fact that their cartridges are reusable is awesome for both the environment and my wallet. I've refilled them a bunch of times and they still work great. The construction of their carts is top-notch, you can tell they're high-quality just by holding them. The design is smart and everything feels solid and safe. The variable voltage batteries are also top-notch - stylish, discreet, and reliable. The user interface is easy to use with different carts. Overall, I'm super happy with O2's products and will definitely be a repeat customer.
Replacement FLIP ULTRA
Let me tell you, this brand really knows their stuff. I've been using my FLIP ULTRA for a few months now, and when it came time to get a new one, I didn't think twice about getting the same brand. Of course, there's a fee for shipping and handling for replacements, but honestly, it's a small price to pay for good quality. Their customer service was amazing, super quick to help me out with my replacement process. Ordering was easy peasy, and while the prices aren't the cheapest, the quality is definitely worth it. The delivery came right on time, no issues at all. Overall, if you're looking for the best in the biz, this brand is where it's at.
Two batteries
I bought two batteries from this place not too long ago and it was a bit of a mixed bag. Even though the service was great, the batteries themselves weren't the best quality. One of them crapped out after a month of light use, and the other started showing signs of wear after heavy use in that same timeframe. The first battery would act like it was charging but wouldn't actually work when I needed it to, and the second one only worked properly if I held it in a specific way. Pretty disappointing, especially since I thought they'd be good based on the service I got.
Vape pen purchase
I recently bought a vape pen from this company and I gotta say, it's been pretty awesome. Had some problems at first, but the customer service team was quick to help out and asked me a few questions to figure out what was going on before sending me a new one. Had to go through the process twice, but it was totally worth it because these pens are seriously top-notch. They can handle a heavy user like me, burning through over a gram a day. I definitely recommend this company and their products, just be patient and trust that they'll fix any problems that pop up.
Cartridge purchase
I just bought some cartridges and wow, the service from this company was top-notch. I placed my order and it was shipped out super quick. Only hiccup was on my second order, but when I contacted their customer service via email, they got back to me within an hour. They not only fixed the issue right away, but they also let me keep the wrong items they sent by mistake. I definitely suggest checking this company out if you need cartridges.
Nano vaporizer and 5 white ceramic cartridges
I just bought the nano vaporizer and 5 white ceramic cartridges from this company, and I gotta say, I was pretty stoked by how fast it got to me. At first, I was super annoyed and left a bad review because I thought I got ripped off, but it turns out there was just a holdup because of the holidays. The customer service team really came through and fixed everything for me, so now I'm a satisfied customer. I'll definitely be ordering from them again. Thanks for the awesome service!
Replacement pens received
I ran into a problem with my order of pens - they arrived broken. But the customer service team came through for me and sent me four new pens within just three days. I was impressed by how fast and efficient they were, and it meant a lot to me that they took my concerns seriously. Big shoutout to May for being so helpful. All in all, I'm really happy with how this company handled everything.
Nano
The company is fraudulent. They send me a defective product, then refused to refund my money. They have also been reported to ripoffreport.com. Buyer beware, they will take your money.
This customer received a vape pen that turns on, produces vapor and charges. His claim of a defective product comes from the fact that the cartridges he buys (from another brand) leaked into the battery he purchased from O2VAPE. Batteries do not make cartridges leak just because they are threaded together although this is his claim. We are sorry his cartridges leaked into his brand new battery and even offered a replacement out of good faith. Our return/refund policy is clearly stated on our site for all to read but we made an exception to our policies by offering a replacement. He refused a replacement unit and demanded a refund while demeaning the customer service team trying to help him. We have been in business for about 9 years now and are veteran owned with tens of thousands of satisfied customers between retail and wholesale clients.
WORST COMPANY EVER ,EXPIRED PRODUCTS
PRETTY GOOD COMPANY, ALL THINGS CONSIDERED. ENRON, P&G, AND FACEBOOK ARE ALL SIGNIFICANTLY MORE "WORST" THAN THESE FOLKS. YOU ARE NOT ADDING ANY VALUE TO THE DISCUSSION, PLEASE REFRAIN FROM USING THE INTERNET.
I agree, self. But, how helpful are you being, posting a positive review under your actual name, and responding to the negative reviews of a couple barnacles who were scraped off of a trolls left glute under this one?
