I recently bought some makeup from this brand, and let me tell you, I was super bummed by how it turned out. The products were definitely not up to par, and they really let me down. So, I figured I'd try to return them. But man, their return policy is a total pain - they made me shell out for the return shipping. Still, I bit the bullet, sent the stuff back in October 2022, and now I'm just waiting to hear back from them.
