no USB export, so I couldn't hand my mom the original. Keep backups, folks.
Unexpectedly solid find
I first spotted this on a friend's post and bought it; the delivery was fast and the setup was smoother than I'd hoped, and when it worked first time I was honestly relieved, happy
Kitchen counter find
Saw it on my sister's kitchen counter and asked about it. The screen clarity was what sold me - pictures stay sharp even across the room. I got one for myself and then sent one to my daughter-in-law. Glad it actually works, made me happy it did.
Saw it in a group
I first spotted this gadget in a neighborhood Facebook group and tipped my sister. It actually keeps Mom in touch without a smartphone, which was really pleasantly unexpected. Ordering was so straightforward, but they billed shipping twice when I bought two and the box didn't feel protective. Customer support was okay, nothing stellar.
Kitchen command center
this keeps our household on track. I started using it a few weeks ago; first impression was quick and simple — setup was fast, the phone app sync worked. It replaced the paper calendar, grocery list and sticky notes. Linking to Google Calendar with color codes makes everyone's plans readable at a glance. I keep it on the counter, like seeing photos while I cook, and the wall-mount option is handy too.
Little daily helper
Half the time I grab my coffee and frame's already telling me who's on morning duty. It's simple to tap chores, and the rotating photos make the kitchen feel like home. Kids haven't used the task tab yet, but I'm hopeful - this actually helped me stay on top of stuff. Glad we bought it.
That kitchen moment
When the photos popped up on my kitchen tablet during breakfast and I actually knew what day Emma's soccer was, I remember thinking, OK this works. Setup was easy, customer support jumped in fast and fixed a sync issue I had — not flawless, occasional lag — but it's become my go-to daily calendar.
Sunlit kitchen moment
Grandma looking up from her cereal, tapping the screen like it might bite, then cracking a grin when she saw a video of the kids. That tiny, quiet laugh — that’s when I knew. Setup wasn’t fussy at all; everything came neatly packed and the touchscreen felt familiar enough for them to use without me coaching through every swipe. At first I was half-expecting technical drama, calls at 2 a.m. and, you know, confusion. Instead they were sending back little thumbs-ups and my dad accidentally ordering me to “send more photos” like he was in charge. The photo quality surprised me — colors were clear, not washed out, and the auto-brightness actually worked, which I didn’t expect. What sold me most was the simplicity of sending new pics straight to the frame; a quick snapshot from a park and suddenly their morning had a sparkle. It’s small things: the ease of use, the way the kids’ faces fill their small living room, the little comments my mom leaves when she texts. I wish the subscription bits were a smidge clearer up front, but apart from that, it’s been a genuinely heartwarming addition to their days. So yeah, skeptical at first, delighted now — would recommend to anyone who wants to make long-distance feel less distant.
Surprised by the smooth delivery
Opening the box on a rainy afternoon felt oddly satisfying. I’d been burned before — late deliveries, cryptic support emails — so I braced for trouble. Instead the frame arrived on time, nicely padded, and the delivery tracking actually matched reality. Setup was simple. The photos rotate and the kitchen feels cozier now. The task/reward thing helped nudge the kids, and the shared grocery list stopped three different notes piling up. The app syncs without drama. What I care about most was the customer support when I had a small question; they answered quickly and politely, no robotic fluff. So yeah, skeptical at first, but now I like how it pulls the daily stuff together. Not perfect, but worth it for how smooth the delivery and support were, and the kids actually use it too.
Technical support
I just bought something from Skylight for my mom, and when she had a problem with it, I contacted their support team. The support was really great because they were able to help my mom fix the issue over the phone. I also had to call them myself, but ended up having to hang up quickly because something urgent came up. Later that night, their support team actually called me back to see if I needed help, which was a pleasant surprise and I really appreciated it.
Smart device
I recently bought a smart device and I've been really happy with how well it's been working. It does everything it's supposed to do and has made my daily routine a lot easier. I've been so impressed with it that I've bought a few more as gifts for friends and family, who have also been very pleased with it.
I also want to give a shoutout to the customer service team because when one of my devices broke after the warranty, they were quick to send me a new one and helped me set it up without any issues. Their support really made me want to buy more devices. Overall, I'm super impressed with the product quality and the amazing customer service.Last Christmas purchase
I got my Mom a gift from this place last Christmas and she really loved it! Since I don't live with her, I usually send her photos and this has been a lot easier than using WhatsApp.
Timeline issues with delivery
The company totally dropped the ball on delivering my package from Europe within the promised 5-7 days. Can you believe it's almost Christmas and I still don't have my stuff? When I reached out to them, they had the nerve to say it's not their problem anymore once the package is out the door and I should contact the courier. I paid for the frame and shipping upfront, but it seems like they couldn't care less once they got my money. After going back and forth, turns out they didn't even give the courier my right phone number, so the package got returned to sender. Trying to talk to someone who could actually fix this has been a complete nightmare. It blows my mind that they messed up the info in the first place.
Gift item for nursing home resident
I ordered a gift for someone in a nursing home, but then found out it won't be in stock until February 26th. I'm pretty bummed that my money is stuck in an order that won't be ready on time. It's frustrating to not have a gift for someone who would have really liked it at the nursing home. Companies should really only take orders when they actually have the product available to avoid situations like this in the future.
Skylight frame for my mother
My 96-year-old mom absolutely adores her new Skylight frame! It's amazing to see her face light up as she wakes up to all the pictures of her kids and grandkids from everywhere. The frame fits perfectly in her apartment and brings her so much joy each and every day.
Picture quality purchase
The picture quality of the item I bought was even better than I thought it would be. I wasn't sure if it would look as good as it did in the ad, but I was really happy with it. The colors were so bright, the details were really clear, it was just amazing. My parents thought it was great too, they really liked it. I'm really happy with my purchase and I'm thinking about getting another one for my place. I'll definitely keep this brand in mind for future gifts.
International photo frame purchase
I recently bought an international photo frame for my parents who live in a different country. I really wanted to find a way to share special memories with them even though we're apart, and Skylight was the perfect solution. Being able to upload photos from anywhere and see them displayed in real-time at my parents' house is truly amazing. The frame itself is sleek and modern, and it looks great with any decor. Setting it up was quick and simple, and the picture quality is top-notch. My parents were so happy to get such a thoughtful and cool gift. I highly recommend Skylight to anyone who wants a unique and meaningful way to share memories with loved ones, whether they're close by or far away.
Gift for loved one
I picked up this digital frame for my mom's birthday and she just loves it! Now I can send her pictures and videos directly to the frame, and she can check them all out in one spot. The app is a breeze to navigate, so I can easily keep her updated with all the latest family photos.

It was a bit pricey at $150, but seeing the huge smile on my mom's face when she unwrapped it made it totally worth it. She even told me it was the best gift she's ever received! And, the extra features included with the subscription are pretty awesome too.

I highly recommend this for anyone looking to give a thoughtful and significant gift.
Purchased A Digital Photo Frame
I recently bought a digital photo frame for my parents-in-law who live out in the countryside. They're not tech-savvy, so I figured it'd be a nice way to share family photos with them. The Skylight digital photo frame turned out to be a great choice because they can simply display pictures without any trouble, instead of dealing with a smartphone. It's a simpler and more pleasant way for them to keep in touch with the family, without having to worry about complicated technology.
Digital picture frame for elderly parent
This digital picture frame for my elderly parent has been amazing! We can easily update it by sending photos directly to the frame through email. It's such a wonderful way for my parent to feel connected and surrounded by loved ones, especially now. The picture quality is top-notch and setting it up was a piece of cake. It's really made a difference and brings so much joy to our family.
