    I've been shopping at this nursery for a while now and I mostly buy bulbs. They've got a great selection, their prices are good, and the products are top-notch. The bulbs always come in great shape and have a high survival rate, so you know they're taking good care of them. If by chance I ever get a damaged order, their customer service team is on it right away, no fuss, and they send out a new order in a jiffy. Their level of service has really impressed me and I'll definitely keep coming back to this nursery for my gardening needs.

    Iris and Daylilies purchase

    I had a great time buying Iris and Daylilies from this nursery recently. The plants were top-notch quality and the prices were fair. They were strong and healthy, even better than I hoped. I'm super happy with my purchase and will definitely come back for more plants later on.

    Quick delivery of flowering shrubs

    I just got some flowering shrubs from this place and I gotta say, I was pleasantly surprised by how fast they were delivered. The plants showed up in great shape and were exactly what I wanted. All in all, I had a really good experience with this nursery.

    Order cancellation without notification

    I can't believe how awful the communication and customer service is at this nursery! I ordered some stuff that was supposed to be in stock, but turns out my order got cancelled without them even telling me. No phone call, email, nothing. I only found out because I checked on my order. And to make it worse, I got an email 8 days later telling me it was cancelled! This is not okay at all, I won't be shopping here again.

    perennial shrubs

    I bought a bunch of perennial shrubs from the nursery back between January and March of this year. But honestly, I've been really let down by the plants cause none of them have been growing at all. I tried contacting customer service about it, but they weren't much help and didn't offer to give me my money back or replace the plants. It's been a pretty disappointing and frustrating experience dealing with the nursery overall.

    Order of roses

    I bought four roses and it took forever for them to show up at my place. When they finally got here, all the stems had black spots and the thorns were black too. I sent an email to the company to find out how to revive them, but they never bothered replying. How rude! I enjoy gardening, but now I'm not sure if I'll shop there again.

    3 shrubs and 1 hydrangea

    I recently bought three shrubs and a hydrangea from the nursery. I was pretty disappointed with how things went down. I placed my order for the shrubs in August, but they didn't arrive until early October. And when they did, they were in bad shape - basically just sickly bare roots. Two of the shrubs never even grew, so I had to ask for a refund. As for the new hydrangea I got, it came in a big shipping box, but it was just a sad little sprout in a tiny 4-inch pot. I planted it, but I'm not sure if it'll make it through the winter and blossom in the spring. Honestly, I expected better quality. I felt like I could have gotten healthier plants for a better price at my local nursery. The pictures on the website were kind of misleading - the real plants didn't look anything like what I was expecting.

    Iris and Day Lilies

    Last spring, I bought some Iris and Day Lilies, thinking they'd come in good shape for planting in the fall. Turns out, the Iris showed up totally dead with leaves falling apart and roots all busted up. I tried reaching out to customer service and they sent me a replacement order, but it was just as sad-looking. The Day Lilies were even worse - such crappy quality that I couldn't tell which way was up. The worst part was how dodgy the company was - they didn't wanna give me any money back for the garbage plants, no help with the shipping, and no refunds on taxes. All they offered were credits that made me keep buying from them. It's like they were trying to trap me or something.

    Unhealthy plants

    Don't bother spending your cash on plants from this nursery. I made the dumb decision to order from them and all I ended up with were a bunch of messed up and dead plants. Complete waste of my time and money. Should've checked out the reviews before buying, but now I'm stuck with these sorry excuses for plants.

    Replacement certificates for dead plants

    I've been really let down by Spring Hill Nursery lately. I keep getting replacement plants for ones that died, but those replacements keep arriving dead too. It's so frustrating! I got two totally dead Nubis Clematis and two almost dead Sabine Clematis. It feels like they're sending out plants that they know aren't healthy, which makes me wonder about their quality control. I definitely wouldn't recommend buying plants from them again.

    Primroses and Lenten Roses

    I bought some Primroses and Lenten Roses from this nursery not too long ago. I was really let down by how the plants looked when they arrived. The Primroses only had one leaf and seemed really feeble. The Lenten Roses weren't in great shape either, although they were a bit better than the Primroses. I ended up potting them on March 27th because they looked too delicate to go straight into the ground. I was really hoping for better quality, especially since I spent $80 on them. In the end, I was pretty disappointed.

    Online plant order

    My experience ordering plants online from Spring Hill Nursery was pretty disappointing. I placed my order back on April 11th for a couple of things, and even after calling them multiple times over the past two months, I still haven't gotten a refund for the items that were out of stock. On top of that, my order didn't even ship out until June 25th, which is way later than I would've liked, especially when ordering plants in the spring.

    Clematis Amaranthine #77070

    I recently bought a Clematis Amaranthine #77070 plant from Spring Hill Nursery, and it was a total letdown. I ordered it in March, but it didn't show up until July, almost four months later. When it finally arrived, it was in bad shape - the leaves were wilted and it looked like a dead stick. I tried to get a refund from customer service, but they said no due to company policy. It's frustrating to deal with a company that doesn't take responsibility for their mistakes.
