    I recently ordered a 3-month supply of Krill oil from this company and at first, I thought everything was going smoothly. I got a confirmation email for my order, but when the package arrived, I saw they had included a $100 joint supplement that I didn't ask for. It was annoying to have to wait on hold for 15 minutes just to get a return RMA for the unwanted product. When I asked about the extra item, they told me that sometimes additional items can be added as add-ons after you place an order, but I never saw any option to add anything extra to my original order. It seems like a sneaky way to make customers spend more money without their permission. On top of that, I now have to pay for return shipping for the unwanted product, which just makes things even worse. Overall, not a pleasant experience.
