I first saw this robe in a friend's Instagram story and figured I'd give it a shot. Friend said it was super cozy, so I went up to an XL to be safe. When it arrived it barely covered me. Sleeves felt short, fabric thin and a bit scratchy, not plush at all. On a hanger it looked fine, but on me it just felt cheap—loose threads, flimsy belt, not the roomy wrap I wanted. I boxed it up and returned it right away. That's when the hassle started. I had to pay the return shipping myself. I emailed the tracking and they promised to let me know when they got it and to refund me. Eleven days passed. Nothing. I pushed, they first offered a partial refund. I had to complain loudly before they finally refunded the full amount. So yeah, not a great first buy. I’m bummed and probably won’t order from them again.
