i purchased 5 masks
Do not order from this company! I ordered a set of 5 masks which we specifically picked out the designs we wanted. I paid for faster shipping. Due to corona it took over 20 days for items to arrive, yet I received no refund on the faster shipping, in fact after 2 weeks i tried to cancel my order multiple times by live chat and even sending an email to company and nonne would even get back to t o me. when we finally got our package , we got none of the 5 we picked, instead they sent us bottom of the barrell ugly looking masks made of very cheap material, to sAY I WAS DISSAPOINTED IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT, i FELT DOWNRIGHT RIPPED OFF. again, you cant even talk to customer service to complain or return product so now im stuck with 5 ugly masks that are total garbage cheap ugly pieces of rag. Do Not waste your money with this company! I wouldn't have even gave them 1 star.
Neck sleeve
At best the products are low end or mediocre quality. Their customer service system is horrible. They have horrible communication issues and if you want to be able to track an order good luck. Save yourself the hassle and find the product somewhere else.
Face Shields
Buyer Beware - If I could have completed this review with zero starts on service I would have. I placed 2 orders on 4/1 and of the 15 Face Shields, I only received 10 and was shorted 5 Face Shields that were paid for. Of the 10 Face Shields received, only 2 were what I ordered and the other 8 were substituted that I cannot wear for work. I am a male who wears black shirt and pants and received a Reindeer Face, Dog Face, Temptress Face, 2 Tropical Flowers, Tie Dye and 2 Forest Camo. I had ordered 5 black colored Face Shields and did not receive a single black colored one. If you order from this company you should expect to be disappointed. Find a reputable company to make your purchases.

I have had a real negative experience with this company. I really bought these for my boys since they like to cover up and play good guys/bad guys. I let them pick they own and they were so excited to receive them, until I told them the order was delayed. I ordered on March 23 and received April 22, even after being told through chat the ordered would the shipped in 10 days after placing the order.
Once I received the order, I didn't receive the ones my boys wanted and I was also missing one that I did ordered. I try to chat with someone and that is just a joke. I was 99th person in the queue and every 10 mins the window times out, I click on it and I start back at being 99th in the queue.5 of the 5 packs of face shields from SA COMPANY
If you have anything to do with SA Company, i can see why your reviews are just as bad as theirs. No response from anyone. Maybe you can tell them that i need a response. Like that will happen. Shame on me for not doing my research on this terrible company. Good day

Watch out. I ordered these masks and the next day my card was hacked. Call your bank and cancel. Still waiting for a response.

1st you took $ right away and don’t see how long it will be before paying. I got 8 face shields but only 3 I picked out with your cute little note telling me what I needed, wrong I ordered and paid for what I needed. Then to top off when I look at them proudly labeled made in China. Absolutely no freaking luck with customer service but then again my packing slip shows what I ordered not the garbage I got. Number 1 goal should be making customer happy so they return. This ones not happy!! Enjoy the $ and thanks for the lesson you taught me.

Money just came out of my account. Wish I had read all sooner. Am very experienced in field shipping. Trust me, Ive worked ALL ends.
If I don't receive my product in a timely manner, and responses from company, I will put my fraud department at the bank on this and get my money back. No product substitutions, on time delivery and proper, timely communication will only be accepted by me.Face Masks
Ordered 2 of the 5packs of Face Masks and got the order fairly quickly given the circumstances. But my package ONLY included 5 out of the 10 and now no one will answer my calls, texts, emails or CHATS. They just keep ignoring me. Finally got someone on the Chat with me and they just ended the chat right in the middle of my discussion. Very Sad they would just take money and not fulfill order or help me resolve the issue by refunding me for items I never received.

Placed order 15 days ago and have not heard a word. Tried calling and office is closed due to Covid 19. Tried chatting and started at 9:30 this morning. It is now been over 3 hours and I have not gotten a response. Spoke to Luigui in Customer Service not once but twice and he never responds back. Somehow I got back to being # 99 in line both times. Needless to say worst customer service ever. He definitely needs some help or more training. Seriously considering canceling the order.

Evidently nothing
I ordered my product recieved several emails about delays. Got an email on the 9th saying DHL had handed my order over to USPS in Forrest Park Ga of all places.
Tracking says USPS never got it. Cant get you guys on live chat nor by phone. Sure didnt take long for you to take my payment though!1+4 mask deal
I order and received mine on 2 weeks. Due to the circumstances, I'm satisfied!

I ordered through a FB ad and It took a little longer than I would of liked, but had communication from AlphaDefence they running behind due to Covid19 and my other would ship in 7-10 days, from the email dated 4/4, my ordered was placed in late March, I get an email my ordered shipped on 4/10 and would be delivered by 4/18, so in light of the current situation, I’m good , will review the product once receive for quality
Retraction, order still not here, says in transit for weeks now

Looks like from reviewers that this is a scam. Wish I had checked before ordering anything from here. Only got confirmation and notice that they have already taken my money. This is supposed to be Vet run but why is product made in China. That wasn't told before hand. I want my product now not in 30 days. Shouldn't wait until ordered to tell us that. Originally said 3-5 days.

I too have sent a number of e-mails asking for updates and have run into the same problem no response. I will be calling my bank today to request a refund.

I received regular updates on my order because of the virus it took a little longer, but I had no issues with that and I understood completely. I think you guys are doing great in midst of all of these. Keep up the good work and thank you all for your service. Very happy with my purchase

Placed an order for Buy 1 get 4 free received email that said order was being processed was supost to be 2-5 days for shipping I have not received product or even a tracking number . You ca not call them only way is through live chat I waited an hour in que just to have someone reply we are busy and she would be with me in a moment after 45 min and three replies to see if she was there I gave up I hope my bank will reverse charges
Ordered on 3/22 and received my items two weeks later. I was getting a bit worried as I've already been scammed once recently and took about 9 days after purchase to get my email that the order was shipped. I received my order yesterday two weeks later from the day of purchase. I'm completely satisfied with the merchandise received. BE PATIENT PEOPLE.

I can accept out of stock; overwhelming orders. I do not accept ZERO contact response of any source. The business phone VM says "we are closed". You DO NOT charge Point Of Sale until item is shipped. Try to use your local bank for fraud; AG; internet fraud; virus scam fraud. The virus keeps them from shipping, but not from charging. DISGUSTING!
