Made order on the first , received order number and have had no luck getting order or returned email from company ! Will never order from this ALPHA DEFENSE or SA again !!
Face shields
I Don't understand all the bad reviews. I ordered the face shields on March 25th and received them April 10th..I did receive 2 emails..one thanking me for my order..and the second one telling me that my order shipped. The website was easy to order from..I got my product quickly..and the product appears well made..and exactly how the website described. I'm very happy with my purchase..
Received my order yesterday, 4 of the 5 items were not what I ordered. Tried to contact them by phone and Chat. Only response was "we substituted what we had" and then she was gone. Name was - Shakira. Also product was - "Made in China"
Can not reach any person by phone,email,
or text.
Damn shame I got scammed from this fake company.
IG should not allow these scam artist to rip people off.I ordered over 2 months ago, and I received nothing. And it over charged me. This is unacceptable. Fraud and scam i will be reporting them to Facebook.
5 shields for $15
I realized after order was confirmed that I needed to make a correction on the billing and shipping address. I tried 4 times over 2 days to get a Customer service rep to fix. I finally decided to cancel my order and was told I would be handled. I still have not received a confirmation of the cancellation.
8 pack face sheilds
Placed order 3-21-2020 Have not received my order. No tracking number was issued , yet my card was hit for payment right away. Tried to call, can't get thru. Tried the chat line. held on for over 30 min. finally got someone that said she would checkon my order. Got cutoff and dropped back to the end of the waiting list. Still no communication. Feeling like I got scammed.
Update: After flaming them above, I received my order today! It took 2 weeks from order date. I would not have been concerned if I would have been able to contact customer service and if I would have been issued a tracking number so I knew the status of my order. I got my product ,the delay wasn't unreasonable and that's what counts. Not knowing made me uneasy. but product is here and I'm now happy.
Bullet antenna and 2 face shields
Purchase made 3/11 and they collected my money that day. Arrival 4/1, three weeks later. Contents of antenna was incomplete. Base screws were not packed in China that day I guess. Customer service is fake and their chat service is bogus. Never buying from them again !!!!! But I will make sure as many people as i can know about this.
5 for $20 + a decal
Same as I have read from others, 2-5 day promised delivery times. Nothing delivered, no tracking number, unable to contact. Very disappointing.
bullet antenna and 3 face shields
I put my order in on 2/27/2020 and still haven't received my order. I know everything is going to shit in the world but it shouldn't take this long. Its getting to be bull shit. I have asked for my money back now 3 time and have never received my money back. I'm just going to order the bullet antenna from a different company.
10 Face Shields
Website is very deceiving! States that they own their own factories to produce high quality materials... constantly innovating to make products... etc...
Misleading stating that factory is in Florida....
NOPE: Made In China!!!!!
I ban anything made in China...& website misleads the customer!
Cheap thin material!;(Thanks for this info. I was searching to see where it was made and it's hard to find. Very deceiving as they mention Florida a lot.
Bought five masks. Two out of the five are wrong. Did not send me what I ordered.
Really wish I would have seen all this before I made a purchase. Cheap garbage from China. I support tons of Veteran owned businesses, looks like this is just another greedy entrepreneur.

I ordered on 4/16/20 , I have gotten one email at the very beginning and have chatted with them twice and both times they tell me my order is being processed and will ship in 2 or 3 days and will send a email with tracking# , haven't seen that yet . Online again with them while waiting I have contacted the BBB and filed a compliant . I figured I have been scammed , I wished I would have done my research before I ordered. they are taking advantage of people during this covid 19 .

Have not received my order. Ordered 3 weeks ago, still no shipping information. Customer service will not contact me back and is extremely hard to get ahold of. Received an email saying all of my items are in back order. How are all my items on back order? Seriously. Not using them again and would not recommend.
50 cal bullet antenna
Waited aver 35 days to get this item. Only to find out it does it adapt to 2019 Chevy. They were ride on the phone when I called to check in the status. Had to change the color just to even get it shipped.

I have the same exact problem! I placed an order on 02/05/2020 and 34 days later still have nothing! Worse off, customer service says the same thong everytime, its on back order for a few more weeks. I even left a comment on their Facebook page and they DELETED my comment, which simply said i placed an order 33 days ago and has anyone else had this problem! Rip off!

I order this simply for the fact that there ad on Facebook said that my items would ship within 3 days. I wait 4 days and I email the company and was told that items were sold out and they would try to hurry to get my order to me. I'm still waiting and have not gotten anything to reassure me about my order. If they're out of certain items, they need to pull their ads until they have enough and stop selling people on there fact that they can get their things.

Bullet Antenna
Ordered 2 antennas and never received a notification or confirmation of order. After finally getting order information, order was not shipped for 3 weeks. Upon receiving order, it was incomplete and no back order information was as included with shipments. I still have not received my complete order. Company shows it's in US but acts like it's in China. Would never order anything from this company again.
Yeah well, if you have a 2006 Chevy Silverado, forget it. It just so happens to be one of the models that it does NOT fit. Fml
