Lago king bed purchase
I bought the Lago king bed recently and ran into a problem. It turned out to be bigger than my king-sized mattress, leaving a gap of exposed plywood that no amount of bedding could hide. I contacted customer service, and while they were sympathetic, they couldn't fix the issue. I sent them photos as they asked, but never got a response. With the return window closing in 14 days, I requested a return, only to be told there would be a restocking fee. Even after explaining that my mattress was the same size as theirs, they basically said it wasn't their concern. Dealing with a company that won't own up to their mistakes or help their customers is incredibly frustrating.
Sofa Console Table, Fur White Poofs
I bought a Sofa Console Table and two Fur White Poofs from the store in Torrance, CA. The table was decent quality, but the color was darker than I expected from the online photos, so I had to take it back. The Fur White Poofs were cute, but flimsier and smaller than I thought they'd be. Overall, I wasn't too happy with my shopping experience.
Sullivan Sectional Purchase
I recently bought a fancy sofa from a high-end furniture store, thinking it would be top-quality and work great. But man, let me tell you, my experience with this one, the Sullivan Sectional, has been pretty disappointing. Even though the salesperson talked up the outdoor fabric on this sofa, it hasn't held up like they said it would. After just four months of regular use, the two end chairs on the sectional started looking all worn out and beat up. It's a real bummer, especially considering how much I shelled out for this sofa. I've had better luck with furniture from other luxury brands, as they've held up way better over time without any problems.
Cancelled order without notice
In general, my experience with the company has been pretty good. The furniture I got was good quality and the right size. But I was bummed when I found out that an order I placed a while back got canceled without me knowing. When I called customer service, the person said I asked for it to be canceled in an email, but I never did. They didn't admit to making a mistake and didn't offer any solution besides telling me to reorder at a higher price.
Bryden Sofa Amina Table Walsh Chairs
BUYER BEWARE!! - I made a purchase in March of 2022. The items arrived in August and were HORRIBLE quality compared to what was on the showroom that I was expecting. Even worse than this, I cannot get straight answer from the salesperson. It is unacceptable the way Arhaus treats their paying customers. I have been going back and forth with them for months and they dodge fixing the issue each and every time. It is always a broken promise. I will be sure to pass my experience along to anyone who is looking for furniture - nothing but disappointments with this company and employees!! Deceptive!! :(
Purchased Multiple Products
Although their product is beautiful it does come with several defects, so far I have not had any positive experiences with the merchandise I have purchased. Concierge is nonresponsive in attempt you would get tired and not reach out. Customer care also offers no help or tries to attempt to solve the issue. It is obvious that their customer satisfaction is not something they strive for. I would not recommend you shop here.
