    Amazing collections

    I was planning to redecorate my outdoor area. and i got this site at same day, thanks to the amazing collections from here , i was able to find the furniture i was looking for. The range here is amazing and its suitable for budget-friendly people too. Apart from good sections, they also have amazing quality too, I love the coffee table i bought from here. its strong and sturdy , as well as it looks good on my outdoor area.
    there are more stuffs which is suitable and i think i will buy it from here in future
    The services was decent too , along with the delivery and other services. I am pretty excited about my next purchase.

    Large furniture purchase

    I just bought a ton of furniture and was pretty happy with how it all went down. The delivery times were on point, especially with all the craziness going on with the pandemic. One of the pieces came a little banged up, but the delivery guy caught it and Arhaus was quick to send out a replacement. All in all, I like how upfront and quick they were.

    I went all out and bought a bunch of furniture from this place - like an armoire, bed, coffee table, dining table and side dresser. And let me say, the quality is off the charts! I've had all these pieces for 6 years and they still look brand new. Totally worth the money, I can already see them being passed down as family heirlooms.

    Counter stools purchase

    I got these really cool counter stools for $399 and was so pumped to put 'em in my brand spanking new kitchen. But then I came back a week later and they jacked the price up to $599! I even showed 'em the business card from the salesperson with the original price, but they still wouldn't give it to me for that. And on top of that, they were total snobs about it and said it was all "corporate's" fault. Not cool, man.

    Sectional couch, dining room table, and 10 dining room chairs

    We recently bought a big ol' sectional couch, dining room table, and 10 dining room chairs but let me tell ya, the whole experience was a bust. We thought we were being smart by springing for the 'performance' fabric and getting the warranty, but boy were we wrong. Our dog decided to ruin the whole thing by jumping on the couch with muddy paws just 2 days after we got it. We tried to file a claim, but they shot us down real quick, saying it was just normal wear and tear. After a lot of back and forth, they finally agreed to have it cleaned, but it only made things worse. The replacement they sent had tears in the fabric, which they totally ignored. Long story short, the performance fabric was a letdown, the warranty was a joke, and the customer service left a lot to be desired.

    Wrong Chair Color Purchase

    I messed up and ordered the wrong chair color from this company, and let me tell you, the customer service was terrible. All the chair names are similar and abbreviated, so it's super confusing. When I caught the mistake before the chairs even came, they tried to charge me way too much to fix it. No help from customer service and no managers available, it was really disappointing. Do yourself a favor and buy from somewhere else.

    $35,000 of 21 furniture

    2. So I just dropped $35,000 on some furniture, getting 21 items in total. But man, the whole buying process has been a letdown. At first, the manager was all chipper and super helpful when I was placing the order. But now that the purchase is done, the staff has been seriously lacking in getting back to me. I've reached out multiple times, and it's been 10 whole days and still no resolution. The major problem? They won't give me a refund for the furniture that hasn't shown up yet. Talk about frustrating and causing a ton of inconvenience.

    Expensive sofa

    I just bought this fancy sofa from that furniture store, and man, I gotta tell you, I am so disappointed with how it turned out. I spent a lot of cash on it, but it's basically junk. Feathers keep coming out of it and it's not even well-built. My old 30-year-old sofa is in better shape than this new one. I'm definitely not a satisfied customer. I suggest checking out other places for furniture, like Bob's Furniture for example. You might get better quality stuff there for a lot less money.

    Damaged item complaint

    I bought something from your store not too long ago, but it came damaged. I've been trying to get this sorted out with customer service for the last 4 months, but no luck. Sandy, the person I first talked to about the delivery, was nice and sympathetic. But Sonja, who I've been dealing with since then, has been pretty disappointing. She didn't seem to care much and wasn't very professional when I brought up my issues. I asked to speak to her manager, but I still haven't heard back or gotten my problem fixed.

    Faulty Christmas tree purchase

    The customer service at this store is just awful! I bought a Christmas tree that turned out to be faulty, and I've been trying to return it for weeks now. Every time I give them a call, they give me the runaround, tell me I've contacted the wrong department, and say they need approval from some 3rd party vendor for the return - even though I bought it from them directly. They never follow up like they said they would, and I'm so fed up with the lack of help and response. I definitely won't be shopping with them again.

    Recent purchase of furniture

    I went to the showroom the other day and I gotta say, I was pretty let down by the customer service. It was a pain trying to reach someone there because every time I called, the phone just kept ringing forever before they said they'd call me back. When I finally did talk to someone, they couldn't make any decisions and just shuffled me off to another person who couldn't even handle a simple issue with my desk chair shipment. They held onto my money for way too long and now I'm stuck waiting for a refund since the chair I wanted is no longer in stock. Overall, I was not impressed with their customer service at all. It was a frustrating experience, to say the least.

    Ottoman purchase with expensive shipping

    I was really bummed out about my recent dealings with this company. Like, three years back, I dropped a bunch of cash on some furniture for my new place, you know? And now, when I wanted to get this $699 ottoman, they hit me with a whopping $299 shipping charge. I thought that was totally unfair and really pricey. I tried talking to the store and even the big shots at corporate, but they just told me that it's their new rule and there's nothing they can do about it. Such a bummer.

    Kitchen table, dining chairs, and side table

    The customer service at this store is terrible. When we tried to return some dining chairs that ended up not fitting under our table, we got hit with a huge fee. Even though the side table hadn't even been delivered yet, they still wanted us to pay $399 plus 10% for the return. It's definitely fraud and deception on their end. We usually shop at places like Restoration Hardware and Crate and Barrel, but after this, we're never coming back to this store again.

    Outrageous shipping fees for chairs

    I can't believe the crazy shipping cost Arhaus gave me for chairs that cost less than 5k! I wanted to order some chairs for a project in Canada, and their website says shipping is an option for orders over 2k. But then they turn around and want to charge me 10k for shipping?! That's just nuts and feels like they're trying to pull one over on me. There are other US vendors that ship to Canada with much more reasonable prices, so I don't understand why Arhaus is being so difficult. Not to mention, their customer service is seriously lacking.
