2. So I just dropped $35,000 on some furniture, getting 21 items in total. But man, the whole buying process has been a letdown. At first, the manager was all chipper and super helpful when I was placing the order. But now that the purchase is done, the staff has been seriously lacking in getting back to me. I've reached out multiple times, and it's been 10 whole days and still no resolution. The major problem? They won't give me a refund for the furniture that hasn't shown up yet. Talk about frustrating and causing a ton of inconvenience.

Delayed Order with Poor Customer Service
I recently bought a pair of shoes from (Company) and it was a total disappointment. The delivery was late and the customer service was not helpful at all. I really like their products, but the way their customer service reps handled things was not great. My package got delayed by the shipping company, and when I tried to get help from (Company), the reps I talked to didn't seem to care about my concerns. I had to wait on hold for a long time only to get disconnected, and when I finally talked to someone, they just brushed off my issue and said they couldn't make the delivery faster. The lack of urgency and empathy from the customer service team was really bad, and it left me frustrated and unsatisfied with my shopping experience overall.
