Ordered 2 suits. They didn't for right. Wanted to return but cab only serve it to China which will cost me $35. Not worth it. Never would have ordered had I known. Waste of money
Bathing Suit
They are horrible! They are a company out of China but represent themselves as an American company with American models (their website uses the same models and suits as other American companies). They say they have 100% guarantee policy, however, to send items back is almost as much as the items themselves. Their solution if you don’t like something is to offer to buy more for 50% off. If I didn’t like how it look, why would I chance buying more and spending more money on something I cannot send back. They will not work with you at all! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

3 bathing suits and one bottoms ordered on May 10, 2020 and to this date I have yet to receive anything. Now I am asking for a refund. I understand about the COVID19 and the delay. But seriously come on. My daughter ordered and she received hers in a timely manner.

Shame on me for not reading the reviews before placing an order. They clearly do not want to refund anyone their $. When I emailed them and asked how to return the suits I had already ordered I received an offer. If I did NOT return my order they would give me one new bathing suit for free or I could get 2 more at 1/2 off. I didn't like the quality of the 1st three suits I bought so why would I order more? I have opened a case with Paypal...let's see what happens.

Shipping took several weeks. Didn’t like either item, but decided to keep one. When I requested to return I found out they are in China. They don’t want to accept returned either, but they will, but it will cost you an arm and a leg to return. Do not buy from this company!

The quality of the material is horrible. There is no breast support or lining in the crotch area. The sizing is incorrect. For the ones with cupped tops, the size is about 2 sizes too small. The suits are very pretty. It took over a month to receive my shipment, which I should’ve expected with Corona; however, I paid for expedited shipping. I was responded to quickly, but when I wanted to return them, I was offered either ship back to China [at my cost], exchange for free, or take $3 / item refund w/o shipping. Customer service is OK; but I do not recommend their product.
Bathing suit
Do not do business with this company! I ordered a bathing suit and it arrived about a week later. I tried it on and it did not fit correctly. Torso was too short. I sent an email to the customer service center asking for a return authorization and address to return it to as the website says do not return to the address on the package. I received an email right away saying they would get back with me. They never did. I sent a second email to customers service. Same thing happened and then they sent me an email saying I could keep the suit if I ordered something else at half price. I sent them another email and never heard back from them. This has been about a month since I ordered it. I still have no address to return merchandise for a refund. I have contacted my back to dispute the charge. Hopefully I can get my money back. DON'T do business with these people. You will never get a real person or your money back.
High waist bikini
I purchased my suit three weeks ago and paid expedited shipping! I still have NO suit. I have made several attempt to contact the company and every time I am told to wait a little longer because the can’t control the mail!!! Three weeks for a suit that I paid expedited for and all the company does is make excuses. They steal your money.

My suit arrived in 2 weeks and doesn’t fit. I realized that there is no return information so I sent an email. They will give me $3 for a refund or they will send me a second suit for 50% off. HORRIBLE. NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

One suit was ordered in adult M and would not fit a child. Same for top of 2 piece.
Tried to return and was told $61 order would cost $49 to send back to CHINA. Horrible customer service.Bathing suits
I will NEVER order again. I need to make a return and it’s going to cost me $27 and company doesn’t even provide a return label. Not worth the money. I’m stuck with two swim suits I can’t even wear.

Cute suits and have 5 picked out yet been screwed too many times not receiving anything that looks like the photo and then trying to exchange is a joke. Ends up costing more than the original purchase. Too bad
Don't buy unless you like giving money away
I highly regret ordering from your company. Nowhere in your advertisement do I sent you ship your crap out of another country and there will be additional custom taxes etc. My order was supposedly shipped on May 22, but I understand it "could be in flight..you don't know where it is". That's really good business. Now that I know it's being shipped from another country I am concerned about quality and disease. I will not order from you again.
Swim suit
Ordered almost a month ago and was sent an email saying order has been shipped and a tracking #. After a week I tried to track the package an nothing appeared. When I send emails it is the same automated response and to date i have not received my purchase and still cannot track it. I will never order from this site again

Unable to track this package or get a response from company. They took my money out my account very quickly.
This is also happening to me. They sent me a tracking number but i am not able to track it. I am so not ordering from this site or the others that often advertise on facebook. This happened with Meirdress. They took my money and never received my items. I reported them. I will also report this company to the attorney general as fraudulent if i do not receive my order in one week!!!

Swimsuit
So I ordered a swimsuit two weeks ago, I immediately got the confirmation email saying my order had went through.
Fast forward two weeks, I haven’t heard a peep from them. So I guess my suit hasn’t been shipped. I sent an email asking if it’s been shipped, no reply yet.
Here’s to hoping I actually get the swimsuit delivered, in the next month would be a plus. ????374.72$ CDN
Bought for almost 400$ CDN on May 5. They charge my credit card, never sent me confirmation of my order. I pay extra money to get it faster. I think it’s a scam !!! On top of that doesn’t allow us to give lower than 2 stars !!!

Ordered two swimsuits and they were horrible quality. Asked for return authorization and after many emails back-and-forth, they offered be $3 per item to keep the swimsuits. What?! I was adamant that I wanted to return for a full refund so they gave me the following address and said I must include tracking. When I went to the post office it was going to be $25 to return ship! Not worth it. But they will continue to get people’s money this way.

DO NOT Buy from this company. I ordered three suits and it took me about 15 days to get them. They are ran super small so I tried to return. They gave me a run around offering to send me one free suit. Or $3 for each suit I was returning. $9 total is what they are offering me for $90 worth of swimwear.

I am sorry I have nothing positive to say. The suit ordered was too large and liner easily came out of the back. Return policy is a joke. The best they could offer was for me to "just keep the suit" (never mind it doesn't fit and I won't wear it) and order another for only 50% of the cost. So, let's see, that means I will end up with two suits I don't like and pay about $55 for worthless clothing items. Does that make sense???? The cost of actually returning the item to China is $30, so that's not an option either. Return policy is awful. Fooled me once but will not fool me again. Too many other reputable swimsuit companies that have reasonable return policies to deal with a scam like this.
