I asked for an update on my order, and I had one of the representatives send me back a super detailed email, including my shipping numbers, and actually went out of the way to put the date etc. that the items were arriving very pleased. It was missing a side velcro piece, and so I got in touch with the company. They were extremely helpful. Ann was incredibly nice and the issue was resolved quickly. The people at the manufacturing department even sent a nice paper note. The quality of the people here definitely left an impact. I am very satisfied with the product. What can I say!! This company is amazing and their customer service is beyond amazing. They truly care about their product, and their customers. It sad that I have to buy a bullet proof insert for my children, but they made it possible for me to feel a little bit more at ease, if that’s even possible.
