Visa gift card purchase
I was so happy when this store took my Visa gift card for my purchase. Other sites, like the one that rhymes with LA protection, always want a credit card instead. I'm an older lady who buys gift cards from my bank to shop online for my grandkids, so I avoid using my credit card to avoid getting hacked. Thanks for being understanding and making my purchase easy. It's nice to see a company that cares about what their customers want.

I asked for an update on my order, and I had one of the representatives send me back a super detailed email, including my shipping numbers, and actually went out of the way to put the date etc. that the items were arriving very pleased. One of the better experiences I have had with a customer service representative.

This is my second Backpack insert. I purchased the first for my Grandson and the second for my wife. (She is a Teacher) I am also a Teacher and will purchase one for myself next month.
