These is a great company! My order #BP2-58443 (Bullet proof back back inserts) got delayed by a couple days but Ann in customer service was on top of it. They kept me in the loop the whole time, on top it that she was so friendly. I will be doing business with this company for many years. I'm Screaming their names from the mountain tops. All my friends and family know about them and are planning their purchases.

My experience with Bulletproof Zone was absolutely amazing. My vest came promptly and I am extremely satisfied with the quality of it. It was missing a side velcro piece, and so I got in touch with the company. They were extremely helpful. Ann was incredibly nice and the issue was resolved quickly. The people at the manufacturing department even sent a nice paper note. The quality of the people here definitely left an impact. I am very satisfied with the product. I will be purchasing from them again.

What can I say!! This company is amazing and their customer service is beyond amazing. They truly care about their product, and their customers. It sad that I have to buy a bullet proof insert for my children, but they made it possible for me to feel a little bit more at ease, if that’s even possible. Great customer service! With all the recent tragic events Bulletproof Zone has been back ordered but after reading out to customer service with my concerns they quickly responded with answers and took action. I received my product before school started. Customer service followed up thoroughly and quickly to always make sure I was satisfied. I am at ease knowing my son is safe at school with his backpack shield. 5 star in my book. Good customer service is hard to find these days. I for sure will be shopping with them again.

First of all website is great, easy to use, same with the checking out process. Had a slight issue with shipping where the carrier lost the product but after emailing customer service I was paired up with Ava who tracked down what was going on and was quick to re-issue the product. Product ended up being on a back order. It was not a big deal to me since Ava kept me informed at all times as to what was going until it was delivered to my house. PHENOMENAL CUSTOMER SERVICE !!
