Great customer service! With all the recent tragic events Bulletproof Zone has been back ordered but after reading out to customer service with my concerns they quickly responded with answers and took action. I received my product before school started. Customer service followed up thoroughly and quickly to always make sure I was satisfied. I am at ease knowing my son is safe at school with his backpack shield. 5 star in my book. Good customer service is hard to find these days. I for sure will be shopping with them again.

Customer service was phenomenal. Answered all my questions in a timely manner and even provided me with other options. Good customer service is for some reason rare these days. And I understand that the pandemic has effected that, but I feel like most companies use that as an excuse for their already lack of customer service.

First of all website is great, easy to use, same with the checking out process. Had a slight issue with shipping where the carrier lost the product but after emailing customer service I was paired up with Ava who tracked down what was going on and was quick to re-issue the product. Product ended up being on a back order. It was not a big deal to me since Ava kept me informed at all times as to what was going until it was delivered to my house. PHENOMENAL CUSTOMER SERVICE !!

I want to say thanks to the staff at Bulletproof Zone. They keep me updated on my orders progress. I ordered the Mira CM-6M mask. It did take longer then expcted time to arrive. But that was to be expected considering the crazieness happening in the world today. The mask and filer arrived here in perfect shape.
