Canvas print
I just bought a canvas print and I was really happy with the whole thing. Ordering was simple, the printing was fast, and the delivery was quick. It only took a few days from when I ordered to when I put it up on my wall, which was great. I also appreciated that there weren't any surprise charges at checkout, unlike some other companies I've tried before. The quality of the canvas print was even better than I expected, and I'm really happy with how it turned out. I'll definitely be coming back as a customer in the future.
30X40" canvas family portrait
I am so amazed by the quality of my 30X40" canvas family portrait! It looks just like the original professional photo shoot. The colors are so vibrant and the details are very clear. I was really impressed by how great it turned out. And guess what? The price was super affordable because of a coupon I used. The shipping cost was surprisingly low, and I got my canvas in just five days. That's what I call a quick turnaround! Overall, I am extremely happy with my purchase. I highly recommend it!
Canvas purchase using expired Groupon
I've always been really impressed with the canvases from this company. The other day, I found this old Groupon that had expired and thought I'd try reaching out to them to see if they'd still honor it. To my surprise, they not only honored it but also gave me the same discount. The canvases turned out amazing once again and came really fast. I definitely suggest checking out this company for their great customer service and top-notch products!
Acrylic prints purchase
The printing quality of those acrylic prints I ordered was awesome, just like I hoped it would be. They got them done super quick too, which was a huge bonus for me. But, the delivery could have been better. FedEx just left the package in the lobby instead of bringing it right to my door like normal. Luckily nothing got taken, but it was kinda nerve-wracking. Overall, great prints and fast service, but delivery could use some work.
Pictures on canvas
I got these awesome canvas pictures and man, they were so cool! They all looked amazing and I was so excited to put them up in my room. And on top of that, they arrived way sooner than I expected. It was such a good deal for such awesome stuff!
Easy, affordable canvas purchase with delivery issues
The canvas I bought was super easy to design and it turned out amazing! The cost was good and I was really happy with how it looked. But man, oh man, did I have a big problem with the shipping. DHL messed up and it took forever for me to get my canvas, which was really annoying. Luckily, Canvas got it reprinted and sent out right away. Still, it took way longer to arrive than I thought it would.
Personalized mugs
I had some trouble with a coupon, but the support team was awesome! They really helped me out with the browser problem so I could use my discount. My new mugs showed up yesterday and they're really great. The quality is top-notch - even better than I thought it would be. I'm excited to use them for my morning hot cocoa. I'll definitely be ordering from here again. Thanks a lot!
Happy with product, exceptional packaging, shipping delay
I just bought something from this company and I gotta say, I'm really happy with how everything turned out. The product itself is top-notch and I couldn't be happier with it. The packaging was super impressive and made sure the product got to me in perfect shape. And let me tell ya, the value of the product is unbeatable, especially when you consider how great the quality is.
20 8x10 acrylic photos
I got 20 acrylic photos made and they turned out really nice! They were 8x10 in size and looked amazing. One of them got messed up during shipping, but they replaced it super fast and I had a new one in only two days. I've used this place about 3-4 times now and every experience has been awesome. I'll definitely be using them again in the future!
Canvas Print 16×12
I purchased a groupon for a 16×12 canvas print. The shipment was fast but the shipping cost is a little pricey. I love the canvas print but what I recieved was an 8×10 canvas. I'm really disappointed about this, especially by it being my 1st time ordering from this site.
40 x 30 Canvas - Fiasco
I ordered a 40 x 30 canvas print. It came back with a 4 inch White boarder across the top. The photo was not pulled through to the edge like the other three sides. I made sure that I reviewed the photo before I submitted it as who wants a white boarder across the top of a photo? I asked them to fix it and they refused. I would show you a picture of the final product so that everyone could see the fiasco that I received but there is not a place to do so. Beware of ordering from here. They will not take care of you.
4 Large Canvas Prints
I excitedly ordered 4 large canvas prints. All 4 were printed sideways, with large black edges where the picture should have been. I asked for reprints after showing the poor craftsmanship to only receive prints that were not only worse, but the corners were all worn down to white during shipping. If you dare, then don't order a reprint when it turns out laughable.

Ordered 2 Canvas for christmas has not received yet- it’s almost Feb 2021 smh
Photo fleece blanket
I purchase a groupon for a small fleece blanket. I then paid 15 in shipping which I thought was a bit high but I am ok with paying for a good product. I was so excited to check the status and see it has been delivered! Though an email when it was delivered would've been an added bonus. When I unwrapped the so called fleece blanket ones shocked. The blanket was felt... not fleece. The picture was darker than what was submitted but I could've looked past that. I can't get over that they are advertising these blankets as fleece. The fact that Groupon told me they normally charge $84 FOR A PIECE OF FELT is ridiculous to me
I reached out to the company and had a quick response time. This was their response...
We would like to offer you a refund however, to avoid further shipping costs for you and for us, and also to stay environmental friendly, there is no need to send the package back to us.
Instead, we kindly ask you to take a sharp object and to make a cut through the canvas, blanket or other photo gift product. If you cannot make a cut through your item(such as with a mug or phone case), please destroy it in any other form like using a permanent marker to scribble on the item (enough to deem it unusable) or scratching the surface with a sharp object.
So that we can validate the refund, please take a picture of the destroyed item and send it to us, as an email attachment.
Once you do this, we will be able to process your refund.
So the company wants to state they are "environmentally friendly" but want the subpar product destroyed. I understand the reasoning on why they would do this sometimes so they don't get taken advantage of.. but all I paid for was shipping.
I let the company know I would eat the 15 and donate the blanket to an animal shelter.
Save your money.Photo Puzzle
I ordered a photo puzzle for my Aunt's 95 birthday. She loves doing puzzles. The puzzle was of her great grandson who just turned 3 months. Due to Covid-19 she has not been able to see him. Very disappointed in the quality of the material used. Puzzle pieces are extremely thin thus the puzzle won't even stay together. The colors of the photo are very faded and you can see the outline of each puzzle piece. I contacted CanvasOnSale via phone. I asked the woman I spoke to if they have received prior complaints similar to this. She responded "we don't get many folks ordering the photo puzzles". She instructed me to follow up with an email. Of which I did. Even included a photo. By the way was not easy to obtain. Mu aunt resides in a nursing home over 500 miles from me. She had to get one of the workers to take a photo of their phone and send to me. I got this long email response back. Bottom line, due to Covid-19 I can not return it. So that they can validate the refund, they want her to destroy the gift and sent a photo of the destroyed item back to them via email. Never have I experienced such poor customer service. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM Canvas On Sale again and highly reommenced you do not either.
39 canvas prints
Terrible customer service - they don’t have the decency to contact me. I ordered 30 canvas prints - 30! On their ordering site you have to select the size for each one. I mistakenly ordered one with the wrong size, which resulted in being charged $35 extra dollars for the wrong size. A good company would have contacted me to ask if I had made an error. I emailed them that it was my mistake, but asked if the would compensate me and send me the correct size, their reply was that I ordered it wrong, basically, too bad. I sent a 2nd email to try again and found that they blocked my email! I called twice and was on hold for more than an hour each time before I finally hung up. Don’t order from them!
I should have learned my lesson from previous experience.
Bought another Groupon Voucher for 12x16....Willits let me select that ...NO
I have spent over 2 hrs. Selecting and editing photo,accessing site Many times to upload for that size ...to No avail.
I will ask for a Groupon trade and use
Canvas On Demand instead...no problems with them, and nicer finished frame in back !@!
