Great customer service.. loved it
Such an fantastic customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered one of the best canned cat food for my cat that has some allergies. so needed to be very careful. The food was $43.00 which is more than I have ever spent on cat food but I need to get his allergies under control. I fed him one can and he would have nothing to do with it! Anyway... I emailed Chewy in hopes of returning it and trying something else for my cat. Jessica B. answered my email within the hour and said that they would credit my card for the food BUT... she did not even ask for me to have to hassle with the post office to send it back, she told me to go ahead and donate it to a shelter/rescue!!! This is the most awesome thing to me!!! I live right by an animal shelter so that is where I will take this healthy food.
Dog Food Purchase
As someone who has been a loyal customer of this company for quite some time, I just have to say how blown away I am by their amazing customer service. They always go above and beyond to make sure any issues are sorted out and any mistakes are quickly fixed with a refund. The deliveries are never late, the prices are fair, and the food quality is top-notch. But what really makes them stand out is how much they care about their customers. They actually ask about how your pets are doing, which is just awesome. Other companies should seriously take a page from their book on how to treat customers right. I am super happy with my experiences and will definitely keep coming back.
Recent purchase was Royal Canin Urinary SO dog food
Chewy has always been amazing with their customer service and kindness. We've been sticking with them for years because our pug Lexi has some specific dietary requirements. Sadly, our latest order of Royal Canin Urinary SO dog food came after Lexi had passed away. When we reached out to Chewy, they not only gave us a full refund but also suggested we donate the food to those who could use it. Plus, they sent us a lovely bouquet of flowers from Paula and the Chewy Team, expressing their sympathy during this tough time. Their thoughtful gesture really meant a lot to us and showed how much they really care about their customers.
Special food for my dog
As a long-time customer, I've been using this online pet store to get my furry friend's special food. Sadly, he recently passed away, and let me tell you, the customer service team really went above and beyond. Recently, my dog passed away and I thought I had cancelled all the auto deliveries. Somehow, one got through. The folks at Chewy.com's customer service were so understanding and helped me resolve the issue. They even went above and beyond by sending flowers and a sweet note to memorialize my dog. I've always had great experiences with Chewy, but this kind gesture really showed me why Chewy feels like family to me.
Cat food and supplies
I really love Chewy because they always have such delicious food and awesome stuff for my cat! There was this one time when I had to cancel an order because my cat had passed away, and it was just really tough for me. But the lady I spoke with, Angela, was so kind and understanding. She even sent me flowers and a sweet message to help cheer me up. It just goes to show that Chewy really cares about our pets as much as we do!
Canned food
Alright, so I picked up some canned food from here and at first it was a hot mess because the packaging was awful. But then I guess they listened to my complaint and now the packaging is much better. It arrived on time and the cans weren't all banged up. So yeah, good job on that!
Billing address verification
Recently, I had to double-check my billing address with the company. But when I called the number they gave me, I got through to the wrong person. The person I talked to couldn't even tell me if they were really part of the company, and that was pretty worrying.
Canned cat food purchase
I just bought some canned cat food from Chewy, but man oh man, when the package arrived it was a total mess. Turns out those delivery folks were not handling it with care because all the cans were dented and some even busted open, gravy everywhere. I had to wash each can before feeding my cats, and sadly had to toss out 2 of them. Definitely makes me hesitate about ordering from Chewy again.
