Horrible experience. I ordered my items on the 3rd of the September. I received the order 3 weeks later on the 24th of September. Several items didn’t fit so I followed the steps on processing a return with the 14 days allotted of receiving the shipment. I was told that I was being denied a refund because I only had 7 days to return. When I challenged that and showed where the website says 14 days, I was then told the 14 days changed on the 24th of September and my order was prior to that. Unbelievable and I spent $250.00 with them. I never spend another dollar with this company.

First the order cost me DOUBLE the price and it was late for an event I ordered it for; 2nd - the quality of the sweater is SOOOOOOO POOR, I could have done a better job sewing it (and I don't sew); 3rd the one of the long chain earrings I ordered were kinked although their packaging was fine; LASTLY trying to speak to anyhone on "Live Support" took over 4 hours (and still waiting).
I will NOT order anything again and have since deleted my account. Don't be FOOLED by model's pictures.Dresses
I would give them NO STARS if the website allied me. All customers do not order from Both IVRose and Chic Me they are owned by the same Chinese company, Shanghai Jigao Information Technology Co., Lt. they conduct unscrupulous practice. What you order is not what you get they steal other websites picture and try to replicate it. Poor knock off save your money. They are cheap-looking products of poor quality. The return policy that they have listed on their website is fake. They lie and try to offer you the opposite of what their return policy listed. Do not order from them. You will not get your money back.
Thank you, W. White: I was researching to see if this was yet another company in China selling bad quality items that do not look as pictured on their website, when you get it home. Then they want you to pay for the return shipping to send the garbage back! We need to ban these China companies from doing online retail in the U.S. I am going to draft a petition, get signatures and send to the U.S. Attorney General to stop this foolishness.

The clothes look great online. The problem is my account was debited and I have NOT seen my clothing arrive and it has been few weeks. The website will not let me sign in, nor is there a phone number to contact them.
I anyone should know of a contact number, please let me know. I would NOT suggest ordering from this company because it looks like this is going to be a SCAM!!!!!multiple items. 9 out of the 10 items recieved yesterday

I really do not know what to say except a massive dissapointment.
I had read reviews after I ordered but had hoped even if the material was thin or other that I could still make it work. Most of the items would still look nice even if thin but unfortunately and in shock with some of there clothing material to make them look nice is not possible and some like the black jumpsuit is such poor quality and the pants look like cheap tights there is no way I could wear them. Even the sewing is very poor on most and obvious.
I know there is an option on returns, when I look at how much money I lost buying these items and then to lose more returning them with a chance I may not get my money back I am honestly just at a loss. This seems like a very unfair site to purchase, expensive and almost illegal once you recieve the clothing.

I ordered from chic me for my first time because the clothes looks good, don't know what it's gonna look like when I receive it.
So far it's been three weeks since I'm waiting for my package every time I try to track my order it keep saying the same thing it's on its way.
The status don't seem to be moving at all.
It's very frustrating so far it hasn't been a good shopping experience for me. I don't think I'd shop with them again, I'll stick with Fashionova I just ordered with them 3 days ago and I track my package it'll be here 3 days from today.
Don't be too quick to order from chic me.What’s most frustrating is that the shipping is never accurate. It can take up to a month to get your order. So now that I know that, I don’t get frustrated . Everything I’ve order I have been pleased with. Sizing has been accurate overall. I contact to buy from them, and other sites with the catchy names.Ya gotta remember these are Asian sites, and with mail being really slow right now, it’s gonna take longer .

For some reason my order was sent to a previous address of mine instead of the address that's on my account so I'm not sure exactly how they got that address! Try to contact customer service and it's a straight busy signal! I'll never buy from them again!!
