slow and radio silence. Then in early March I finally got a clear status update and an apology with a new ship date. That little message changed everything. I felt relieved and actually comfortable ordering more now, surprising given how rough the start was overall.
Smell and fake leather, buyer beware
ask where it's made and maybe don't expect leather.
Almost wrote it off
Right when I opened the box I was ready to toss them — strong chemical smell, looked cheap and not leather. I needed decent shoes for long shifts because my back’s picky, so I was skeptical. After returning them and a slow couple weeks, customer support finally processed the refund and sent a helpful note. That little reply and the money back was the moment I relaxed and actually felt satisfied.
Pretty pics, lousy follow-up
don't count on quick replies or timely delivery. I found them on Instagram after a coworker tipped me, so I ordered hoping for an easy buy. Messages? Left two voicemails, no reply. Delivery dragged forever and the site phone goes straight to voicemail (weird). The product photos were actually accurate — pleasant surprise — but the radio silence and slow shipping made the whole thing stressful and annoying, honestly, no kidding.

I bought a replacement charger because I work from home and needed it quick. I was hesitating since the site had weird contact info, and yeah that worry was legit. I placed order 470825 on Nov 13 and left two voice messages — nothing. Package finally showed up way late, product works fine though. Still, not great when you need things fast and no one answers.
Not great, but not a disaster
Not impressed at first, but they're survivable. I paid way too much and expected better. The photos promise leather; you get a shiny plastic feel and metal bits that stick out. Nice leather, annoying return charge
I liked the shoes — solid leather, looked exactly like the photos — and pretty comfortable — but the returns process annoyed me. Now they're asking for yet more evidence. Weeks of back-and-forth. No refund, no replacement, very little ownership from the seller. It's frustrating and honestly a waste of time.

Not what I expected
14-day window, you pay shipping, and there's a hefty restocking clause if you miss it, so plan on costly shipping. Also seems like the same styles you see sold cheaply overseas, just marked up a lot. Customer service replied but didn’t resolve the material question. Bottom line — not a scam per se, more oversold value. Buy if you don’t mind compromises and can live with the logo.
