I oder supplement from Dokodem website. On April 9th 2020.
The total charge has posted on my credit. As today, April 24th I still not received the items I order online. I try contact " cumster spport " site, never get any reply, I do not know either they not able to read in English or DO NOT care.
From information I gether from their websit indicated Shipped on April on 11th April in Japean area.
No indicated information from US postoal service., I do not believe the items never left Japan.
I made stop payment on credit company. Never will order anything from their website again. Read carefull.. in small print, DOKODEM is respondsible any customer ageny nor the postoal service.health
I wanted a product that is sold out in North America. I chose the expedited shipping, so I could receive the shipment within a week. After 4 days, I looked at the status of my order, it still hadn't shipped.
I sent an email to DOKODEMO to cancel the order, within an hour of sending the email, I received a email that the order had been shipped. When I tracked the parcel, the status was "shipping within Japan".
My shipping cost for this parcel exceeded the value of the parcel. I'm not getting the parcel when I wanted it, so the expedited shipping was a waste of money. I am not convinced that this was a coincidence that my parcel was shipped immediately after they received email, regardless, 4 days just to fill the order is way too excessive.for some reasons my phone has block or error as 403 forbidden. how to fix it?
