Oh my gosh, I just had to share my DOKODEMO experience with you! I ordered a bunch of makeup and skincare products, and let me tell you, they were all fantastic. My skin feels incredibly soft and vibrant now. I'm seriously obsessed with every single thing I got!
Custom charges, multiple vendors, Asian Beauty products, expensive shipping, annoying emails.
As someone who's shopped at DOKODEMO before, I gotta give you a heads up about those sneaky custom charges and shipping fees that can really catch you off guard when you're ordering from a bunch of different sellers. I gotta be real with you, those custom charges were ridiculous, and I ended up having to fork over more cash because my stuff was sent from different places. It was a real pain in the butt and definitely hit my wallet harder than I expected for just a few creams and sunscreens. I suggest checking out other options like Yes Style for your Asian Beauty goods because they'll refund those custom charges and give you the final price upfront with no surprises. But hey, gotta give credit where it's due - the stuff I got from DOKODEMO was legit.
Affordable international order
This was my first time ordering from this website, and let me tell you, it'll definitely be my last. I placed my order on 11/28 and it was shipped on 12/02, finally getting to my door on 12/08. Just so you know, there are tons of different sellers on this site, kind of like those big online marketplaces you're probably familiar with. I was lured in by the super low prices on their stuff, even though the shipping fees were pretty steep. But man, I was not ready for all the customs fees and charges from the courier. I ended up shelling out about €21 for processing and €17 for taxes, all on top of what I already paid. The stuff I got was packaged well and looked good, but those extra costs really left a sour taste in my mouth.

They have a really wide range of Japanese pharmaceuticals and beauty products with low price especially during sale events! However, shipping to the US is costly and extremely time consuming. It's been over 2.5 months but my orders are still 'prepared to ship'. I would recommend everyone to use DOKODEMO only as a last option when you cannot find products somewhere else. DOKODEMO also needs to change shipping methods. Japanese EMS is way too slow.

I oder supplement from Dokodem website. On April 9th 2020.
The total charge has posted on my credit. As today, April 24th I still not received the items I order online. I try contact " cumster spport " site, never get any reply, I do not know either they not able to read in English or DO NOT care.
From information I gether from their websit indicated Shipped on April on 11th April in Japean area.
No indicated information from US postoal service., I do not believe the items never left Japan.
I made stop payment on credit company. Never will order anything from their website again. Read carefull.. in small print, DOKODEM is respondsible any customer ageny nor the postoal service.health
I wanted a product that is sold out in North America. I chose the expedited shipping, so I could receive the shipment within a week. After 4 days, I looked at the status of my order, it still hadn't shipped.
I sent an email to DOKODEMO to cancel the order, within an hour of sending the email, I received a email that the order had been shipped. When I tracked the parcel, the status was "shipping within Japan".
My shipping cost for this parcel exceeded the value of the parcel. I'm not getting the parcel when I wanted it, so the expedited shipping was a waste of money. I am not convinced that this was a coincidence that my parcel was shipped immediately after they received email, regardless, 4 days just to fill the order is way too excessive.for some reasons my phone has block or error as 403 forbidden. how to fix it?

Good range in makup
I am very new so i needed the basics to buy . its quite hard to get the list like that.
However Dokodemo is good at this. i bought the make up from here and it worked magic.I have placed several orders to this company. I would like to share my experience with other potential customers. 1)The price show in this list is different with what you pay because shipping with the final bill . 2)Delivery time it take much longer than in indicated in performa invoice . .3)They do not provide to customers any information about shipment after that you place the order so buyer cannot trace shipment .4) They have very good products because most of the products made in Japan is high quality.
how do i log on i have tried 20 times your log on is impossible, the codes suck!
