Firstly, I tried out their Collagen Peptides Supplement which is made with a blend of hydrolyzed collagen peptides to support joint health, improve skin elasticity & overall appearance while also helping strengthen hair & nails. After just a few weeks taking this supplement consistently, I noticed an improvement in my skin texture as well as my nail strength.
