Well-packed, timely delivery, slightly higher prices
I just bought something from this online store for the first time, and I gotta say, I'm pretty happy with how it all went down. The stuff I ordered came pretty quickly and was packaged up well, although one thing was a bit wrinkled because the box wasn't big enough. It wasn't a big deal though, 'cause everything else was just as I expected it to be, and I got all the info I needed about my order. Plus, they sent me an invoice right away, which was cool. The only thing that kinda bugged me was that the prices were a little higher than some other places I checked out. But honestly, with how good everything else was, I'd still tell my friends to give eibmarkt a shot.

Useful products Huge ranges of products for common usages I am a frequent visitor of this site ,very reasonable pricing During this journey with eibmarket everything were fine before Covid But later of days some.of my shipments get delayed by courier company else never faced such problem before this disaster
Good thing is for last two deliveries out of last one adopters for motion sensor and lamp holders delivered absolutely like before Covid One more reason to work with is ,back in team take good care of customers before sell and after sales

I got this smart home automation kit from their website. Ordering was no problem, but boy, the delivery was a total mess. The package got lost 'cause they gave the delivery guys the wrong address. I tried calling customer service so many times, but no one answered the phone or replied to my emails. It was so frustrating and just really disappointing.
Premium light switches purchase
Eibmarkt is such a joke of a company. I ordered these pricey light switches for my project, and one of them arrived all messed up and the other one never even made it to my place. When I asked for a refund or a new one, they had the nerve to say it was my fault for not grabbing it from the store. Like, what? It was supposed to be shipped to my house! Such a total scam!
Air con unit for van
I just bought an air conditioning unit for my van from this company. I called them ahead of time to make sure they had it in stock and could get it to me within 2 weeks. But even though they said they could, it took over a month for them to deliver it. When I asked for a refund because of the delay, they didn't answer and then took off almost $80 when they did give me a refund. I had to get my bank involved to fix it because they wouldn't admit they were wrong or refund me fully. It was really annoying dealing with them.
Refund issue
I had an issue with getting a refund from a company recently. I sent a bunch of emails but didn't hear back until I got PayPal involved. It was frustrating and felt pretty unprofessional with the lack of communication and slow response time.
10 complete sockets
I ordered 10 complete sockets from this company and had them delivered to where I'm at. At first, I got a confirmation email that included a tracking URL for the delivery through DHL. The estimate was about 5 days for the delivery, but it got delayed. When I tried to reach out to DHL, turns out they said they tried delivering but I wasn't home - that wasn't the case at all. Basically, I was left feeling pretty frustrated with how the delivery company handled things - there was a serious lack of communication and accountability.
