    Hands-free breast pump

    The hands-free breast pump is great in theory, but in reality, I found it pretty heavy and not so comfy when it's up against my chest. I eventually realized that wearing it by my hip was a better move to avoid sweating too much. Those long cords were a pain though, always getting tangled up and hard to keep organized. Oddly enough, my manual hand pump actually worked better and faster at getting out milk than the hands-free one did.

    I returned a product I didn't use for a refund following all the steps they told me to do. I even have papers showing I sent it and proof that it got delivered. But it's been more than a month, and I still haven't gotten my money back. The company asked me for more info like the tracking number and stuff from the post office, which I sent right away. But even though they got the product back on March 25th, they still haven't given me my refund. Their slow response and taking forever to process my refund have really let me down.
