Hands-free breast pump
The hands-free breast pump is great in theory, but in reality, I found it pretty heavy and not so comfy when it's up against my chest. I eventually realized that wearing it by my hip was a better move to avoid sweating too much. Those long cords were a pain though, always getting tangled up and hard to keep organized. Oddly enough, my manual hand pump actually worked better and faster at getting out milk than the hands-free one did.

The customer service was top-notch and made everything go a lot more smoothly.
Broken hub support
I wanted to share my recent experience with customer support for my broken hub. I reached out for help, but the support agent I got assigned was not very helpful. I gave them all the details they needed, but they were dismissive and unhelpful the whole time. It's really disappointing to see this kind of unprofessional behavior from a company that usually boasts great customer service.
Unused product returned for refund
I returned a product I didn't use for a refund following all the steps they told me to do. I even have papers showing I sent it and proof that it got delivered. But it's been more than a month, and I still haven't gotten my money back. The company asked me for more info like the tracking number and stuff from the post office, which I sent right away. But even though they got the product back on March 25th, they still haven't given me my refund. Their slow response and taking forever to process my refund have really let me down.
My new pumps
I'm so excited about my new pumps, they're super comfy and work really well. The only downside is that the bottles are kind of small, so I have to change them often. But overall, they're really convenient for when I need to pump and do other things at the same time!
