Adjust very nicely been buyin new balance 976 for over 10 years you know the price.. after trying these new fitvl this is my new go to sneakers I can’t wait to buy more colors better price great looking and great foot support I have flat feet from working on my feet for 25 years in my trade as an ironworker so my feet get extremely tired and sore. After wearing these a few times my feet .

Best decision for healthy feet! Wore them all day Saturday and couldn’t believe how comfortable they were. Glad I ordered in three colors, just order two pair for my wife!

After requesting a 1/2 size larger the shoe fits great! Customer service was prompt and greatly appreciated! My only concern is it is a little heavier shoe than I am used to... I am slowly building up my stamina to wear the shoes for my entire shift!

I purchase your shoes mainly to help comfort my feet on long walks. I have a bone spur on my heel and it hurts likes hell. Your shoes helps me a lot. My foot is still painful but not as much. I’m able to walk now and in less pain.

I have a very hard time buying shoes because I have a hammer toe and a bunion. I was so excited that I was able to put on my FitVille sneakers without any discomfort. These shoes are awful. I ordered extra widee....they were not even a wide. I could not even get my foot into them barely. Awful advertising that is very false. Will not order again from them.

I Called 24 feb evening but no answered, missed return call couple hrs later, recd txt msg several hrs later that shoes have been shipped with tracking number. Checked tracking 25 feb evening and being shipped from China . “Baiyun,Guangzhou,China, 4PX picked up shipment.” I hope they fit, otherwise returning them and getting a full refund may be a problem as i have seen others mention the same.
Ordered shoes from Fitville and tried to return them in one day as they didn't fit. The company advertises free returns but they are saying to me I have to pay to return them. I would not purchase from this company who false advertises.

placed order 11/27 and have not received either the shoes or an arrival date.
if the shipment is coming from overseas and requires extended shipping time , customers need to be told in advance. These kinds of delays should be upfront.Order 2 pair of shoes on 1/15/2021 and on1/29 /2021 still no shoes and they are not answering there phone
