Large furniture purchase
I was getting a little worried about my big furniture purchase because the status hadn't changed since I ordered it. I decided to chat with someone at the beginning of the week to see what was going on. The first person who helped me quickly got in touch with fulfillment and got my order moving. But, it was annoying that I had to be the one to reach out first. When I opened the chat again today, the person I spoke with gave me the tracking number, which showed that the furniture was finally on its way. I was a little confused about the initial delay, but I was happy with the help I got once I reached out.
couch
I just got a new couch from FloorFound, and let me tell you, I was totally blown away by the whole thing. The couch showed up looking almost brand new, exactly like they said it would on their website. The quality was even better than I expected, and I'm just thrilled with my new piece of furniture. On top of that, the communication from FloorFound during the shipping was excellent. They kept me updated with emails about when it would arrive, and that was really nice. All in all, I am super happy with my purchase and will definitely be going back to FloorFound in the future.
Two counter stools
I just bought two counter stools from FloorFound, and I gotta say, it was a really good experience. Even though I saw some bad reviews, my stools came in three weeks earlier than I thought they would and were in perfect condition. The boxes were all good, and the stools still had all the protective padding on them. I was super happy with my purchase and would totally think about getting stuff from FloorFound again next time.
Damaged Order Assistance
Customer service has been amazing! I had an issue with my order getting messed up during delivery, but they really came through and helped me fix everything. I really appreciate all their help!
Furniture set
I was so let down by the delivery process from this company. It was such a pain and felt like such a waste of my time, you know? After having to deal with multiple voicemails practically begging me to call and schedule the delivery, I finally reached out. And you know what they told me? They said they'd let me know when they were good and ready to deliver. Like, seriously? What was even the point of all those super annoying messages then?
My new bed frame
So, I got this really awesome bed frame from FloorFound, right? But oh my gosh, scheduling a pickup time was such a pain! It seriously took me like three whole days and I had to talk to five different customer service reps just to get it all figured out. The bed frame is amazing, but man, their customer service really needs some work. They need to get it together and be more organized, you know what I mean?
trying to find out where my stuff is
Um, so I've been trying to figure out where my stuff is because I haven't gotten any emails back and it's like super frustrating. I just wanna know when I'm gonna get my things you know?
