    Frontgate: A Solid Home Decor Choice

    I recently had the opportunity to purchase some items from Frontgate and I have to say, I was pretty impressed. The website was easy to navigate and I was able to find exactly what I was looking for. The prices were a bit steep, but I knew that going in and was willing to pay for the quality.

    I placed my order and was pleasantly surprised by the fast shipping. The items arrived well-packaged and in perfect condition.

    The products themselves lived up to the hype. The outdoor furniture I bought was sturdy and well-made, and the cushions were comfortable and durable. The throw pillows and other decorative items I ordered added some much-needed pops of color to my patio.

    Overall, I'm happy with my experience with Frontgate. The only downside was the cost, but I think it was worth it for the quality of the products. I would definitely consider shopping with them again in the future.

    I just wanted to share - I called up customer service about this thing I bought way back when, and guess what? An actual human answered right away!     Deceptive pricing

    As I was looking around online for things to buy, I found this one item that was on sale. I tried to use a promo code to get an even better deal, but the price went back up to what it was originally. This tricky pricing thing made me feel like I was being fooled and frustrated. I was hoping for more honesty when it comes to using promo codes on stuff that's already on sale. I reached out to customer service to get some answers, but they told me that I couldn't stack discounts, even though I was just trying to use one special deal on a discounted item. This whole bait and switch move was not cool and went against what other online stores do. It's really important for us customers to know all the rules and limits when we're using promo offers to make a purchase.

    Misleading vanity purchase

So I reached out to their customer service to get it sorted and they told me I'd get a refund and free shipping. But surprise, surprise, they didn't keep their word.     Horrible experience with credit card

    Don't ever give them your credit card information! It's a big mistake! I've canceled my card four times, even got confirmation numbers and a confirmation letter from them, but they keep reopening my account without asking and charging ridiculous fees with no explanation. It's a complete ripoff!

    Delayed sofa order

    I recently bought two sofas that I was really excited about. But man, after waiting four months, I got hit with FIVE delivery delays! And then, out of nowhere, they just straight up canceled my order. Can you believe it?! So I asked for two different sofas that they actually had in stock, since I didn't trust them anymore. I wanted the same price too. But they totally dropped the ball on handling the situation. I'm super annoyed and let down. Now I'm thinking about taking my business elsewhere after this mess. It's pretty sad how they didn't seem to care about how inconvenient it is to be left without furniture after moving with a whole family.

    I bought some all-weather cushions for my outdoor furniture about a year ago. Unfortunately, they took longer to ship than expected. My wife, not knowing about my previous issue with the website, went ahead and ordered more cushions in May. We got some of them in July, but we're still waiting on the rest of our $4,000 order. The company never told us about the delay, and it seems like the rest of the cushions will arrive just a week before we have to put away the furniture for the season. Needless to say, this whole situation has been really disappointing and frustrating. I won't be using this site again in the future.

    100' Retractable Hose Reel

    My experience with the 100' Retractable Hose Reel, item # 144861, has been a real letdown. I bought this reel less than two years ago and made sure to take good care of it, even bringing it inside during the winter. But despite all that, I've had some major issues with internal leaking. When I reached out to customer service and sent them detailed pictures of the leaky part, they told me it couldn't be fixed. They wouldn't send me a replacement part or offer to swap out the whole reel. Basically, they left me to deal with the problem on my own. I think it's pretty disappointing that the company wouldn't help me out. It's left me feeling frustrated and unsatisfied.

    Towel purchase with frayed selvedge

    A year back, I bought some bath towels from this company. Unfortunately, one of the towels started fraying at the edges. I reached out to customer service about this issue. She took the time to look into my purchase and promised to get back to me about the parts I need. Still waiting to hear from them though. It seems the customer service at Frontgate can be hit or miss – some reps are on it, while others aren't keen on dealing with tough matters. One drawback of Frontgate is that they don't make their own products, just sell them at a high price. They talk about quality and uniqueness but don't always back it up. If you're thinking about buying from Frontgate, make sure you're ready for any potential problems that might pop up. Just something to keep in mind.
