Goodbuygear products include; Baby and kids furniture, activity centers jumpers and swing, backpack and carriers, bicycles, bassinets and sleepers, floor seats, feeding gear, change table and pads, just to mention a few, though there are also gears unacceptable like car seats, stuffed animals, footwear and clothing. They offer nationwide shipping on most items and local delivery and free curbside pickup. Generally, shipping takes 2-6 business days (flat-rate). If your item does not match the description, please notify them within 3 days of pickup or delivery. After they verify your claim, they'll refund the payment. If they don't hear from you within 3 days after your order is delivered, they'll assume everything is fine. If your item does not match the description or there is an undisclosed issue with the item, please notify them within 3 days of delivery. After they receive your item and verify your claim, they'll happily refund your payment. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. When you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping/delivery will be deducted from your refund, if applicable. I can not say enough good things about Good Buy Gear! We love them and they have saved us so much money on baby and kid gear. They have amazing customer service; they are there to answer questions, they quality check everything, the have great blog posts and social media posts to share their knowledge about many different brands, they even offer free pick up at their warehouse, I love their service!
