Custom map print
I had a frustrating experience with my order. I had issues with my custom map print and they told me to destroy the prints and send a picture for a refund. After a few tries and not being sure how it would all work out, they finally assured me I'd get a full refund. But when I checked on the refund after sending the photos, I didn't hear back from the company at all. I was worried about the $300 I had spent and felt like I was in the dark. However, without any more communication from Grafomap, my money was refunded within 5 days. It was a mixed experience that made me wonder about their customer service and how they handle communication.
Customized map canvas purchase
Designing my customized map canvas was so easy and simple. I got to pick out the color scheme I wanted and even personalize the heading on my design. My order arrived quickly and the final product was just stunning. I am so happy with my canvas and would totally suggest this service to anyone wanting a special and personalized decor piece or gift. The quality of the canvas is top-notch, and the care put into the customization really makes this service stand out. I'm super pleased and will definitely be coming back for more in the future.
Personalized canvas map purchase
I recently bought a custom canvas map from this company and had an awesome experience. Custom map print purchase
I recently got this awesome custom map print and it's really cool! You can choose any place you like, and they'll send it to you all set up to hang. The folks over there are really friendly and helpful. I made a mistake with my order and they fixed it at no extra cost! I needed my order quickly, and it arrived right on schedule. I'll definitely be buying more things from them because it's just so awesome!
Map purchase
The map I ordered finally showed up at my house out of the blue today. It was all wrapped up nice and safe in a box, and I was happy with how good it looked - no annoying labels, just a simple design that will look awesome in a frame. But I'm not sure if the price I shelled out was really worth it, even though I liked the map itself. I ran into some problems with the ordering process since I never got a confirmation for my order or any details about shipping. I tried reaching out through the website and email for an update, but all I got back was a boring automated response. Looking back, I wish I had done more research on the company's rep before buying.
Custom map poster
I just got this awesome custom map poster from this website and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. It's such a cool way to remember a special place and it really stands out in my home. My family and I are big travelers, so this was a perfect fit for our decor. I'm already thinking about getting more Grafomaps in the future to keep adding to our collection.
Map print with walnut frame
I just bought a map print with a walnut frame from this company. I liked how it turned out overall. The walnut frame looked pretty real and gave a nice look to the design, even though it's not real wood. But I was a little bummed about the color of the map print. The gray wasn't contrasting enough with the ivory paper for my taste, I wish it was darker. Still, it made a great gift for my neighbors who were moving.
Hanger map version, exceptional quality
The map I got from Grafomap is really awesome! Cody was super helpful and made the whole experience great. The map came in a really nice package and the quality is top-notch. I really like that you can customize the colors and designs on the map. It's a perfect piece of decor for your home and would make a fantastic gift for someone moving into a new place or getting married.

Custom map poster purchase
I placed an order but needed to change the size. I contacted customer service and they were super quick to cancel my order and issue a credit. They were so helpful and professional. The site was really easy to use, so I ordered the new size poster. It shipped out quickly, so I'll let you know how it looks once I get it.
Custom map print purchase
After dealing with a bunch of problems with my custom map print – like, they totally misspelled the city name, the frame got messed up in shipping, and the print file was all corrupted – I gotta say, the whole 4-month ordeal was a major letdown. They said they'd do a second print, but even that got messed up. Looking back on it, I should've just gone with a different seller for my map print.
