The customer service at Gritr Outdoors was awesome! The staff really knew their stuff, super friendly, and truly cared about helping me pick out the right gear. They were able to answer all my questions and gave me some great suggestions. Plus, the prices were really good, especially for the quality of the gear they have. When I walked out of the store, I felt happy with my purchases and confident in my choices.
Firearm purchase
I recently bought a gun at this store and I gotta say, the service was top-notch! The staff was super friendly and really knew their stuff. Item Replacement Request

I bought some camping equipment from this company, and man, their customer service was seriously lacking. I needed to return something because of a delivery mix-up, but no matter how many times I called or emailed, I didn't hear back from them. I tried to reach out right after I got the item, but no dice. It was super frustrating not being able to get any help. Honestly, their customer service was terrible. I'd advise folks to be careful when buying from them online.
Muck boots, Banded jacket
I recently got these amazing Muck boots and a really awesome Banded jacket from this store. They had an awesome selection of gear and the customer service was top-notch from what I experienced. Some folks were griping about receiving items with damaged packaging, but if the price is right and the actual product is fine, does it really matter? Personally, my order came right on time and everything was in perfect shape.
