How do I get the back buckle replaced my husband only has had them for two weeks and it broke
The elastic material stretches so I have to keep adjusting them to the point where I had to poke a higher hold to make them hold up my pants after three prior adjustments.

The elastic material keeps stretching. After two adjustments I had to poke my own hole higher. Soon they will stretch to the point of being useless.

The add shows metal clasps and I received a cheap plastic hook. Also, there are only one on each end. Shouldn’t there be two on the back to hook on two belt loops? This might keep the plastic ones from breaking! I don’t know how these would work! I’m very disappointed I didn’t receive what was advertised, and their cheap construction!

They changed the back snap hook to a flat plastic hook. The first time I wore them I bent over and the clip broke. We will see what they do for me. Very disappointed in the poor design of the clip. Otherwise I like them.
We only had the suspender about 2 weeks and the back buckle broke, can it be replaced?
