I always order from them because they never mess up my order and ship it crazy fast. But for real, why do they gotta make us use those dumb discount codes? Just give me the best price from the jump!
Paid for items never received
I can't believe how bold this company is. I ordered something, paid for it, and waited for it to show up. But guess what? I got a different order that I didn't even buy! And when I called customer service to sort out their mistake, they told me I had to deal with the wrong shipment first before they'd send me the stuff I actually ordered. What a mess! Be careful dealing with this sketchy company, folks!
My recent purchase
I'm really upset about my recent purchase. I placed the order over a month ago and no matter how many times I reached out to customer service, they never helped me. They said they would resend the order, but it never came. It feels like I wasted my money for nothing. I won't be shopping here again and I won't suggest this service to anyone.
Ulcer guard for my horse
I ordered some ulcer guard for my horse because he really needed it. I even paid extra for quicker shipping, but it took four days just to get it shipped out. So now, my poor horse still doesn't have the treatment he needs.
Dressage saddle return
I bought a dressage saddle from this company not too long ago, but it didn't fit my horse right. So, I had to return it along with the girth, which set me back $170 in shipping fees. And to add insult to injury, it took a frustrating 4 weeks for them to give me back my money. On top of all that, they slapped me with a $100 restocking fee. Needless to say, I'm really let down by the whole ordeal and wouldn't suggest this company to anyone.
Christmas order
Oh my gosh, this place is definitely a scam. I was trying to buy a gift for my sister for Christmas and I spent nearly $200, but they didn't even send it out. Can you believe that? My sister was really disappointed and I felt awful. I won't be shopping here again, that's for sure.
Horse supplies
I used to love coming to this store for all my horse supplies, but my recent visit was a real letdown. I placed a big order for feed, grooming tools, and tack, and even though they offered free shipping, I was hit with an unexpected $18.99 charge for "multiple warehouse" something or other. Not cool. And to top it off, they said my stuff would arrive in 2-7 days, but it's been two weeks and nothing has even shipped yet. I was counting on those supplies, and now I'm feeling pretty frustrated with the lack of communication and slow service here.
