Try Before you Buy order
I recently had a really good experience with the customer service at Il Makiage. I had a little mix-up with my Try Before you Buy order, but Jayden was really nice about it and fixed everything up for me. They didn't just fix the problem, but they also gave me a gift card to make up for it. I was really impressed by how patient and committed they were to making sure I was happy. Since then, I've ordered more stuff and have gotten some awesome full-size gifts with my purchases. One of the best gifts I've gotten so far is this really pretty liquid eyeliner. Thanks again for the great products and awesome customer service!
Subscriptions with excellent control
I've been using this service for 2 years now, and I gotta say, I'm really impressed with how much control I have over my subscriptions. I got some great makeup from this place and sometimes they even throw in some free stuff. It's cool and all, but I got the same freebies both times, which is kind of meh. It would be awesome if they mixed it up and gave me something different to test out, but hey, they're still pretty nice.

Annoying checkout process
I just bought something from this store, and I gotta say, I really like their stuff. But man, their checkout process really ticked me off. It was like every time I turned around, they were trying to push a subscription or more stuff on me. I mean, it's cool to offer it once, but when they keep pushing it, it feels like they're just trying to get me to buy on a whim. That's not a good vibe for a company that prides itself on having top-notch products.
