Unreliable software performance
The software keeps crashing about 1-2 years after I last upgraded it. This has happened three times already, and last time I had to spend hours trying to fix it, even had to reinstall the software, but nothing worked until I bought the next upgrade. This time, I'm done with it and am switching to a different product.

I recently got this collage of baby photos for my sister-in-law from this company. But when it showed up, I was bummed out to see that the color was all off and the background was more purple than blue. I got in touch with customer service, and they really came through for me. They figured out that there was an issue with the red tones in the collage and quickly fixed up the background. They sent me the new product through FedEx with two-day air, so it got to me just in time for Christmas. The whole process, from me making a complaint to getting the new product, only took three days. Customer service, specifically Dennis, was super on the ball and worked hard to make sure I was happy. They totally saved my Christmas surprise, and I can't thank them enough.

I recently had a really good experience with the customer service at Il Makiage. I had a little mix-up with my Try Before you Buy order, but Jayden was really nice about it and fixed everything up for me. They didn't just fix the problem, but they also gave me a gift card to make up for it. I was really impressed by how patient and committed they were to making sure I was happy. Since then, I've ordered more stuff and have gotten some awesome full-size gifts with my purchases. One of the best gifts I've gotten so far is this really pretty liquid eyeliner.
