Quick and refreshing customer service
It's so refreshing when a company actually cares about their customers. Charlotte was amazing - she responded to my concerns quickly and went above and beyond by providing extra helpful info without me even having to ask. It's rare to find such attentive and caring service these days, and I really appreciated it.
my delayed order
My order took so long to get here because it was being shipped from who knows where. Dealt with some drama on the customer service chat, but finally just had to cancel my order. But, gotta say, the communication with their support team, especially Holly T, was top-notch. If I ever think about ordering from them again, I wouldn't even think twice.
Ebook purchase
I just bought an ebook from this site and ran into a problem trying to download it. Instead of getting the download link, I got a message saying I'd get the file emailed to me within 24 hours. It was really frustrating because I was eager to start reading it right away. But I decided to contact customer service through the chat on the website. The person I talked to was super helpful and understanding, and they made sure to help me out quickly. I was pleasantly surprised to get the right download link less than an hour after I asked for it. The customer service team was really efficient and responsive in fixing my problem right away.
RATING: ZERO coffee mugs
By mistake, I ordered 2 mugs. I ordered and paid for a flute mug. Then I got an email saying something was left in my cart so I went to the cart and paid for another mug which was a guitar mug. Then I received a double confirmation. Order numbers are chronological with the second order having a higher order number. I asked to cancel the "second order"(the guitar) but they cancelled the first - the flute, which I got as a gift. They're$25.00 each. Customer service did nothing, and after several back and forth emails, they will not do anything to help. So I'm stuck with a$25 mug I cannot use. There is no return policy anywhere on their website.
Anti Fungal Laser Treatment Pen Set For Acne and Nail Fungus
I was scammed by this company. I bought the item from them in the mid of Sep for my friend in China and didn't recieve tracking number for nearly 2 weeks. That was the beggining to this nightmare. Then they stated Hong Kong in their shipping label twice(the distination is China) and wasted another 2 months.
Finally the package was deliverd but my friend found it didn't have the function he wanted.(...Nail Fungus treatment). The company mentions about this function and their website has pictures of it as proof. There is no wording like that on the paper instruction or packaging.
We are now nagotiating with them as for returning the item but the person in charge dosen't accept it and keeps insisting they sent the exact same item as shown on their website. So what!? The informaiton they provide on the website is false to beging with.
E-mailing them back and forth that gets me nowhere is a headache.
If I had to rate this company, I will give them minus 5 stars.

The product's name : KD-7910 (Made in China)
The false info on their website : 905nm infrared pulsed laser.
My Chinese friend directly contacted the manufacture in their chat box on other online shopping website and he was informed that the commodity does't have the function he needed.
We showed pictures of the chat history and the contact peron's phone number to Inspire Uplift as proof but they just repeated that they sent the exact same item as thier specifications on their website. So reduculous.
They don't have any intension to confirm anything with the seller or manufacture.
Now I am going to report this scam company to BBB(Better Business Bureau).
I may not give my money back but my friend and I are doing this for other consumers not to let them waste their money and time to deal with this scammer.Foot mat
I bought foot mat from Inspire Uplift. The mat I got did not work - did not produce any electrical impulses. Contacted customer service for return/refund, they asked to send video. Obviously it is not possible to show on video the absence of impulses. And then they refused to refund. Found a lot of reviews on internet that this product does not work. Highly discourage you from buying this mat. They sell you broken items and refuse to return you money. Even more, they block any negative reviews on their web site.
Order 1722945 Extra large mesh beach bag with a self including pocket to fold into
The bag was not able to hold as many items as described. While waiting for this item I purchased a similar bag from Walmart. The length was twice as long as this with just a draw string. The Walmart bag construction was more durable. The InspireUplift bag had Trim on the edges and bottom matching the handles, which look better but the construction was inferior to the Walmart bag. The Walmart price was only slightly more than 1/3 of InspireUplift’s price.

OMG! I should know better than to order from a Chinese company.
These are a joke! They do NOT work. They slip and can’t even walk in them. Emailed the company; LOL on that one. They said sorry can’t return bc of Covid.
What an excuse. So like everyone else, shabby product and out the money. Way to go China scamming the America’s.

3 Sports Bras
I ordered 3 sports bras on July 5th. I emailed the company on July 20th to find out what happened to my order. They said it was in transit. Finally I get an email from USPS on 7/31, stating that this item will be delivered today. The shipping location was listed as CAINIAO/ALIBABA, which is in CHINA. I was livid, as I do not shop in CHINA. They have a FL address listed, but they are ordering from CHINA, having it direct shipping, so you won't be the wiser. They have over 711 complaints with the BBB. Beware shopping with this deceptive company.
I think something is wrong on this company. Ordered two cars for almost two week already & I didn’t get my ordered yet. They email me & gave my ordered # & tracking# was all wrong. I tried to track the number they gave me. It says your delivery status is not available.

The item I got was a birthday gift that my grand son has not received . Order the as placed on April 30. No item, tracking information or refund
