High-quality products
I recently bought some really nice stuff from this company. The products were good quality, but man, they were pricey. The website was a pain to navigate and had a bunch of glitches, which made it hard to use my discounts. Customer service was alright, they replied quickly but didn't really help much. Ordering from this company was just a big headache overall.
Average products, okay website
I just had an okay experience with this website. The products are alright, nothing really special but they do the trick. The website itself is fine, not the easiest to navigate but it gets the job done.
Misbranded product discontinued
The product I wanted to buy got discontinued because of some labeling mix-up. When I tried to get something else, they got confused and it was really annoying. I tried to contact customer service for help, but they couldn't give me a clear answer.
