    puffer jacket

    I bought the puffer jacket a year or so ago in camel. Both my daughters and countless others have admired. It is the perfect coat, plain spoken and forgiving. And the color, unusual for winter jackets.
    Aside, from aesthetics, I wore this jacket all winter on icy paths, walking my dog. Once, I slipped and fell backwards. I am convinced if not for the hood, I would have had a concussion.

    It took me so long to find the perfect jacket, that I just ordered another in sage. Camel is sold out, but another great color. Please, don't stop making! Thank you!

    I cannot buy from your company after reading the overwhelmingly horrible reviews of your customer service. What is wrong with you?

    Oh my gosh, you wouldn't believe how different the customer service is now! It used to be so bad, I hated going there because the people working were just mean. But now, they're actually friendly and helpful, it's such a relief. The clothes are really stylish and cute, but yeah, they can be a little expensive. Personally, I think it's worth it though, the quality is top-notch and they last forever. It's like investing in timeless wardrobe pieces that will never go out of style.

    Oh my gosh, this store is absolutely amazing! The clothes are really fancy and the employees are so friendly. They ship things to you really quickly and if you don't like it, you can easily return it. I always feel super excited whenever I buy something from here because I know it's going to be fantastic.

    I can't even believe the terrible customer service at this store! I received these mules from my husband as a Christmas gift, but they don't fit. We tried to exchange them, you know? And guess what? They basically said tough luck, no returns for you! How rude is that? They didn't even try to help at all! I checked their Facebook page, Yelp, and even the Better Business Bureau, and there are so many complaints about them. They don't even respond to any of them! It's like they don't care about their customers. I'm so angry! Don't shop here, folks!

    Dining chairs

    I just bought some dining chairs from this store at the regular price, and wouldn't you know it, five days later they went on sale for 30% off! I tried calling and emailing them a bunch of times, but all they said was their policy doesn't allow for price adjustments after five days. I was really bummed out by their lack of customer service and honesty. Plus, the furniture, which was made in China, was not as good as I was hoping for. I should've just gone to a place like Restoration Hardware, where they're known for their top-notch products and awesome customer service.

    The sweater I got from this store started pilling like crazy as soon as I put it on! I mean, big pills all over the place. And when I contacted customer service, they had the nerve to tell me it was normal and tried to push this special stone on me. Can you believe that? Why would anyone want to drop $200 on a sweater that turns into a hot mess after just a few minutes? Their customer service is useless. Honestly, this place shouldn't even be allowed to stay open!

    Large order reconsidered

    Before I pulled the trigger on that big $800 order, I figured I'd do a little digging to see what people had to say about the brand. After checking out reviews on their Facebook page and Yelp, I started to have some doubts about going through with it. A lot of folks had bad things to say about their ordering process, customer service, and delivery, which definitely gave me pause. It just goes to show, it's always a good idea to do your research on a brand before dropping a bunch of money to avoid any regrets later on.

    I just bought some clothes from this company, and I gotta tell ya, I'm pretty bummed about the quality. I really dig their style, but the fact that all their stuff is Made in China makes me doubt how good it is. I've tried speaking up on social media, but Jenni Kayne hasn't said a word. It's annoying to drop cash on stuff that falls short and get no feedback from the brand.

    Gift sweaters - wool and cashmere

    It's just mind-boggling to me how a brand as big as this one can get it so wrong with their customer service. Let me tell you about my experience trying to return some items. I got two really nice sweaters as gifts, one wool and the other cashmere. Problem is, I'm super allergic to fuzzy fabrics that drive my skin crazy. The first time I tried to return one of the sweaters, I called beforehand, explained the situation, and even specified on the return label that it was a gift. But what happened? They ended up refunding the person who bought it, leaving me embarrassed and irritated. I thought maybe things would be different the second time around, so I gave them a ring almost two years later. Nope, same old disappointing result. No holiday return extension, and because it was sent to me by someone else without a gift receipt, they couldn't give me a refund or exchange. And to make matters worse, it was past the 21-day deadline, so they completely washed their hands of the whole thing. With the prices they charge, you'd think they'd have better customer service in place. They seriously need to step it up and revamp their policies before moving forward with expansion. Bad customer service is the quickest way to send me running from a brand.

    They told me I could bring back items after Christmas up until January 5th, but when I tried to do it, they said nope. I was like, seriously? That's not fair. I was pretty upset since I never had issues returning stuff before, and now they won't even take back my sweatshirt. Kind of a letdown, to be honest.

    Oversized Sweaters

    I bought two really cute sweaters online that looked super cozy, but when I got 'em, they were a total letdown. After wearing one, I saw it was covered in these gross pills that made it seem super old. I contacted customer service, and all they offered was a small discount on my next buy and said pilling was normal. Not cool at all!

    One of my bff’s sent me a pair of slippers and the heel on both had little fur and in some places, none. I am 7.5 and the medium was too big. Slippers went back. My poor BFF had to deal with Customer Service, a nightmare so she told me. I will not suggest shopping at this store unless you can go in, try on and are 100% sure you love. Prices are crazy high too! Oh! Finally received new slippers and they are fine.
